We just ate the Turkey Francaise with sweet potato and asparagus, and it was awesome! For comparison, we ate at the Beverly Hills Polo Lounge Saturday night, and their food is tastier (and more affordable).

Between their amazing customer service, talented chef, and timely food delivery, we are very pleased. We are still in our first month, and are excited to experience more from ZEN Foods.

My wife and I have tried nearly every meal prep company from SoCal to NorCal, but none have matched the quality, ingredients, and options of Z.E.N Foods (Zero Effort Nutrition). We've spent the past 5-7 years in NorCal for one of our practices and recently transitioned to LA due to our two practices down here.

We heard about Z.E.N Foods from numerous sources and initially thought it was just another well-marketed company. After speaking with Kane and placing a 7-day order for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks, we were convinced by the second day and extended our order to 30 days.

The service is exceptional, surpassing any meal prep company and even brick-and-mortar restaurants. Our meals are delivered nightly between 7 PM-4 AM in insulated bags with ice packs, perfect for our busy schedules. It's like having a full-time chef preparing fresh, farm-to-table meals and snacks just for us.

The flexibility of Z.E.N Foods is impressive—they can customize a plan or you can choose from their existing plans. We've been so satisfied that we've recommended Z.E.N Foods at our medical spa, and our patients are eager to try it after seeing our experience.

Our only regret is not discovering Z.E.N Foods sooner. With options catering to various dietary needs, you'll find the perfect plan. In just a few days, we've felt lighter and healthier on our respective calorie plans (1100 for her, 1800 for me).

This meal prep service is the gold standard. I've tried at least 5 different services in the past 4 years and hands down Zen Foods easily beats all of down for the following reason:

1) Food Quality - food is delicious and freshly delivered daily. This is critical because when meal prep services deliver 1x / week, the food gets old by EOW and I end up wasting a few meals here and there. The food is absolutely delicious, which means I end up eating every meal, which is critical to my macro count throughout the week. Nothing. Goes. To. Waste.

2) Seamless Delivery - I can't tell you how many times meal prep services in the past have delivered to the wrong address, or left the meals at my apartment building door only to be stolen. This is never an issue with Zen Foods. The delivery experience is seamless and I've only once had an issue (at no fault of theirs).

3) Excellent Support - I've spoken with Greg a few times on the phone and he is quick to pickup, and respond to all my queries. Ever since I've taken my training seriously, I've pestered them about exact calories, etc, and Greg has been quick to get back to me.

Don't waste your time with anything else. Zen foods has the system DOWN.

The best healthy meals you can possibly get in Los Angeles. Food comes on time every day. It is delicious and fresh (you can tell when you open it). Saves me plenty of time on cooking while eating amazing variety of food that I pick and choose. Worth every penny!

GREAT food! Fresh, healthy and unique combinations that you don’t think go together but somehow they do causing a surprise to your pallet! I haven’t met a sauce I didn’t like! I tried ZONE before and ZEN is far superior in quality/taste in food by also so much more professional! Plus, the online system at ZEN for invoice tracking is wonderful. When I put days on hold with ZONE I had no idea what days the current renewal covered, but at ZEN you do!! It is very clear that this invoice covers these delivery days. And for someone that has to expense meals daily this is wonderful! My health food advisor Angie is absolutely wonderful and completely on top of taking care of your needs. I couldn’t be happier with ZEN. My only regret is that I had used them the last 3 months instead of ZONE!

I cannot say enough good things about Z.E.N Foods, from the delicious food to the incredible customer service! I am currently using the 2 meal weight loss program and have already lost weight in just 2 weeks. This service is perfect for someone looking for healthy, fresh, and nutritious food that doesn't have a ton of time for meal prep. I never feel hungry and am always excited to eat my next meal. Out of all the meal preps my husband has used in LA county, nothing compares to ZEN FOODS. The foods tastes amazing, is super fresh! And their service is impeccable. My husband lost 10/15lb in the first month and I lost inches within the first 2 weeks! I recommend it to everyone who is trying to lose weight and eat healthy!!!

Can’t say enough about zen! The meals are hands down the best I’ve tried. I never realized how bad some of these other services are until I experienced my first week with Zen. Being a single guy with a very busy lifestyle it’s hard to eat right to help keep fit they take all the stress out of shopping and cooking meals. I tell everyone about Zen! Lastly think of it like this you get what you pay for and ZEN meals are worth every penny.
