He's my current family dr he is the best dr that I have seen so far from switching over 3 years ago from lakeland regional health after my insurance stopped accepting patients at that office!! From the first ever first new patient appointment with this dr he is very understanding and listens as a dr should I would not go anywhere else.

My experience with APRN Dominguez' office has been related to my moms care. The followup with the staff usually has not been great but recently I've had the pleasure of speaking to Naomi when I call and she has provided excellent customer service with grat communication and prompt followup. She's a real asset to office and many patient will benefit from her dedicated level of care.

An absolute professional who actually listens and doesn't bandaid your issues. he gets to the route of the problem and really goes out of his way to find solutions to actually help you. He listens, you're not a number or insurance payment to him. He's a true doctor in the sense of the oath. He reminds me of doctors who way back when would come to the home and know the entire family and their names. I know that service is making a come back at an extremely unaffordable rate however doctor Zac is a fine professional with a long promising career ahead of him. God bless this man and his family. He gets it. No gaslighting in this office with this doctor. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A HARD CASE LIKE FOR EXAMPLE PRIMARY PROGRESSIVE MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS AND MORE AS I DO. I JUST CANNOT SAY ENOUGH AND EVEN THE DESK STAFF OMGoodness THEY'RE ANGELS NOT GATEKEEPERS. IT'S TRULY REFRESHING. THANKS Doc.

Zech has been our primary care provider for 4+ years. We first connected through Urgent Care walk-in. He is always thorough, an excellent listener and explains his treatment protocol. And he makes us well! Most of all you feel cared for. We hope he stays. Best provider we’ve had.

We went to another doctor prior who didn't seem to want to give me any help or was always unavailable!!. I am so happy we found Zac, he took the time to listen and answer my questions !
