I came in last week to do a VO2 Max Testing with Carla-- and let me just say, I have been to a lot of healthcare offices. This is the first office where I genuinely felt like the ENTIRE staff ( from front desk to docs) truly cares about you. Carla made me feel safe and comfortable while we did the office tour and took vitals. I didnt feel judged during the process and really felt that they were asking me questions to really learn more about me so that they can support me on a deeper level rather than just making conversation.

I truly loved the experience of the Vo2 Max test itself with Carla. Carla was just awesome and kept me motivated throughout the test. I was out of breath and sweaty after so hey at least I got my workout done for the day right My follow up appt was w Dr Deol where we went over my Vo2 Max results. Gosh, I never had a test where I gave me so much information about me!! I now know how many calories I need to consume on days I dont work out as well as days I do workout. I also know the breakout of protein, fats, and carbs I need to eat. On top of it all, I know what type of exercises I need to do to meet my goals.

This test is truly a game changer because it takes the "guessing" out of the equation and you get a truly prescribed regime that is specifically customized to you because it is based on your performance!

I highly recommend not only the VO2 Max test but also this office for any of your health care needs.

if you are sick of the same old pills and programs that dont work-- this office is the place for you!

WARNING: MONEY GRAB OPERATION!

No medical establishment should be managed and run by a CFO & family member of the doctor who has no care or expertise related to medical patients. An honest slogan for this business would be "Profit Over Patients".

Over the course of 12 months my experience here has been absolutely terrible. While the doctor is smart and appears to be caring at first, it's an absolute bait and switch money grab operation.

Dr Young has no compassion for patients and her CFO/family member who manages the office, does so as any CFO would, revenue first. He has no people skills, no medical understanding and is outright rude, unaccountable & lies.

There is zero organization or follow through amongst the entire staff. They dropped the ball on every occasion executing basic operations of any medical clinic, over and over and over again. The worst part is that there was no accountability. They blamed anything and everyone else to avoid accountability. It seems obvious they employ entry level, unqualified people, Im sure to maximize the Young Family take home.

They had me running around rescheduling appointments, taking time off work repeatedly, all because they could not manage for the life of them to send lab orders to Quest properly or mail home labs out within a month. Every single thing the Dr said her staff would take care of, would never happen unless I followed up 3-4 times to remind them. It was like pulling teeth & ultimately I couldn't believe a word they said because all they would do is lie.

In asking for escalation of my problems with the staff executing their jobs, the CFO JR called me and his first words were "I hear we have a problem with you."

He later cancelled my LDN prescription for inflammation after 5 months because he wanted me to spend another $500 for an appointment to get it renewed. This was purely a CFO money grab and had no medical basis.

When my FSA Benefits requested a basic letter of explanation for the $800 in supplements Dr Young pushed me to buy from her website, I had to request the letter 6 times & ultimately she has refused to write the letter and left me with suspended benefits for the past month. Those purchases will not be covered as a result of her refusal to explain medical need.

I am very regretful of my choice to seek medical care from this establishment. It's been nothing more than a drain of time and money with no "care". If you want to be price gouged, forgotten, ignored & belittled, then this is a great place for that!

Dr. Young is in a league of her own. The entire process and the staff were amazing. I had not seen a doctor in a long time, Dr. Young was on point and worked closely with me to get me going in the right direction. She was thorough and aggressive and identified other things that were important in the process. If you want something better than the boring standard GP experience make an appointment with Dr. Young. She really does have an amazing approach to the medical experience.

I started seeing Dr. Young during the height of the pandemic. I wanted to do everything in my power to be as healthy as possible. I’m disciplined with my workouts so finding out about all the other systems in my body made the most sense.
With all the extensive testing/results that Dr. Young thoroughly explained, I feel better equipped to make smart choices about my health and well being.
I’ve already referred two people to the office and will happily refer anyone else who is choosing to optimize their health.
