I personally didn't think much about Yoga before coming in and trying a few classes in an effort to get my body up and moving again in a low impact way.

A few classes in and I can confidentially say that what I got out of this experience makes me think a lot more about not just Yoga, but my relationship with my body and how it moves. It is low impact but the quality of the exercise is top notch. The community is calm and quiet, my teacher Alison was warm, inviting and expertly guided the class from pose to pose while I stretched out and strengthened muscles I completely forgot I had. I walk into each class feeling like I'm made of brick and walk out of each class feeling like I'm made of rubber.

Love the location, love the staff, love the teachers and I love the fact that I can finally touch my toes again.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Yoga Six in Chino Hills. I’ve always arrived early to class, but this time I was at the door right at the scheduled start time (10:30) and was refused entry by the front desk person, Cruz. The lack of understanding and unwillingness to extend a one-time courtesy for a loyal customer was shocking. This rigid, unwelcoming approach shows a complete lack of empathy and flexibility, which is not what I expected from a place that claims to promote well-being and community. I left feeling unappreciated, frustrated, and frankly, very let down. Because of this experience, I will definitely stop coming to Yoga Six and any of its franchises. I expected so much better.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at YogaSix in Chino Hills. As a first-timer, I was excited to try their class, but that excitement quickly turned into frustration. I arrived right at 5:30 PM, the exact start time of the class, after driving 40 minutes following a long day at work. To make matters worse, I also had to find parking and pay for a meter, adding more effort and expense to my visit.

Despite arriving on time, the receptionist turned me away and refused to let me join the class. I understand the importance of punctuality, but being denied access as a first-time visitor—especially after such a long commute—is unacceptable. There was no flexibility, no understanding, and certainly no effort to make me feel welcome or valued. Allison was nothing but rude .

This experience left me feeling incredibly upset and disappointed. YogaSix prides itself on creating a welcoming environment, but this was the opposite. If this is how they treat potential new clients, I can’t imagine how current members are treated.

I sincerely hope they reconsider their approach to customer service and prioritize making people feel included rather than turning them away.

I was so nervous to try hot yoga, especially since it can get up to 105 in the room. But, the heat isn’t too bad! You definitely will sweat and it feels intense when you first walk into the room, but once you’re in your practice, the heat feels like nothing. The instructors are so supportive and kind - I feel really great after I’m done with class. I usually do the 5:30AM class and it’s really nice seeing the same faces and feeling the progression in my practice. Love this studio!

Joanne Nguyen is my favorite teacher hands down! She has the most challenging workouts. She is very encouraging and tough, I love that and I need that in a workout. I always make sure to sign up for her classes!
