I enjoy my Saturday meetings with Jason. I get to the meeting a little late as get off work at 11am. Driving from LAX airport and what little I get to hear does help me. Saturday group no matter what time are all wonderful people to chat and share their testimony of what works for them.. When I'm on vacation I can get to an early meeting and from the beginning to the end..YEA

This is a great studio. Every coach is inspiring and supportive and helpful. They have several meetings per week, sell a wide variety of helpful items and I really feel the impact and accountability of visiting an in person studio.

Saturday's 10 am class was disappointing as the motivator spoke mostly about himself during the session. If anyone leading a class only uses himself as a point of reference to make a point, soon the group becomes about " that person " and not about the information. Then a fellow Social Worker in the class reminded me that these individuals leading the class are not professionals. They basically just give testimonies having lost weight in the program.
