My name is Sanjay Kumar semi driver my pick up number is 12282741. I’m reporting this incident to the facility. I hope it’s come to your attention. . Today I come for pick up and they assigned me the door and they make me return back because my trailer wasn’t clean enough so I cleaned it waited for the call come back. I was assigned for the door again over the phone and they give me the dog and they told me to go through the third line. I can just go straight to the door that I did. there is speed bumper in the facility right before the entrance and I’m aware of that. Why would I drive fast? I understand that you guys have designated speed limit, but they don’t have to be unprofessional about it by intimidating she said do you wanna get loaded or not? that was very rude. I was being professional about it and I made my apology. I get loaded after four hours and got my papers from the office. There were three ladies in the office two of them young ones very professional. The old lady, I believe I recognize her voice. She’s the one I believe who trying to be unprofessional. I ask her if they can provide the colleague name who made the call but they refuse it.
I hope the management get the bottom of the situation .
