Vanessa. My attendant was very knowledgeable. She always gives me excellent service I only go to her. She listens to me when I'm telling her what I am looking for she always finds what I want goes above and beyond for me to make sure I'm getting the product I need. Excellent customer service.. Great place with even greater price & product. Skylar is a great help, dope vibe, funny, knowledgeable, awesome and she will tell you what's up on them deals of the day. Always have a good experience here. I would do online orders instead because this place gets pretty busy and packed.

I’ve been a semi-regular customer here and it’s always been fine. Until yesterday, it was the first time I’ve been in since the recent remodel. The new layout is confusing and there’s no clear area to form a line when checking out. I was in line, and stepped up to the next available cashier when it was my turn. I approached him a moment too soon and waited a second at the counter while he was doing something else. It wasn’t an issue at all, I was in no rush and fine waiting. The girl next to him working the other cash register called for the next person in line and there was a moment of confusion as I wasn’t sure if she meant me or the person behind me. I ended up getting served by the guy but this girl made a rude, snarky comment at me about how I should have waited in line for my name to be called. I was so taken aback by her shitty attitude. If waiting to be called up is a requirement then there should be signs stating that, and also, that’s absolutely no way to treat a customer. I know service jobs can be stressful but that was just completely unnecessary, the store redesign sucks, and I definitely will not be back. What a shame.

I never give anyone five stars because no one is perfect. This is one of my favorite dispensaries. The other one is a sister store I believe. I know what to expect whenever I come in because the staff always has a positive attitude, great customer service, knowledgeable, helpful and most of all, patient. I'm not the easiest customer and I always have questions & someone is always willing to answer them. A couple people always go above and beyond, Vanessa & Bianca have been very good to my son & I & they need to be recognized for that. I also had Kacey as my bud tender today & she was also amazing & she seems like she enjoys her job. I always know what to expect. I have never, come in & dealt with someone, who was all in their feelings & forgets what customer service is all about. I just know that everyone has great customer service at this location. I hope the same vibe continues in the future.

What is the point of ordering express when you get treated like a walk in? They don't ask you when you walk in the door if you are a walk in or express. They just carry on with their conversations, and take your ID. They never have a set location where you go to pick up express orders. I thought it was up front, nope, they sent me to the back. So next time I go to the back, nope, now it's up front. Where's the communication? DO BETTER!
