I don’t do reviews very often, they take a lot of time and energy. However I feel that people need to know about the amazing benefits of sea moss. So many different fads come and go. I’ve tried so many of them. And this is more than a fad. It’s honestly a miracle food.
Taking 2 tablespoons a day gives me so much more energy, some days I even forget to eat ( which is nice sometimes). I’m no doctor, but I feel like it’s helping to regulate my blood sugar levels.
My hair and skin has never looked better, my nails are growing like crazy which they never did before.

I also give it to my 10 year old son. He has lost a few pound himself and is getting so many vitamins and minerals that I know he is missing out on daily. His hair has grown almost a full inch in about a month and a half!

I’ve been telling people to do their research and see if it’s something they would benefit from. And honestly everyone need vitamins and minerals. Today’s crazy lifestyles don’t always allow us to make the best food choices, but this helps getting everything you need. Give it 60 days! And you won’t want to live with out it!
