Staff is super kind and helpful!! They always call when your prescription is ready for pick-up. I appreciate the business hours (they close @7pm most days) as this is helpful for those working late. The pharmacy itself has your basic needs and most popular medications and is very organized.

Traveling from CA on my way to Greece, I stopped in at Westfield Pharmacy looking for a particular travel item. Christopher didn’t have the item, but he kindly directed me to another larger business where he thought I might find what I was looking for. He took the time to visit with me for a bit and made me feel very welcome and at home. If I lived in this area, I would certainly use Westfield Pharmacy for all my prescriptions and medical supplies. I have always been a franchise-type pharmacy person, but Westfield Pharmacy really changed my mind about local pharmacies.

I've been trying my best for weeks to get my medication, and both my franchise pharmacy and mail-in pharmacy kept telling me that everything is out of stock and I would just have to keep on checking myself.

Then I called this pharmacy and customer service was phenomenal. I talked with Chris and he was just a breath of fresh air. He told me that it was a hard medication, but he would do his best to always keep up to see the status. Tell me how - the next day - my order shows up! and to add to that - he told me about a manufacturer's coupon that would lower my copay.
