I honestly can’t believe how awful this company is. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service in my life.

First of all, good luck getting anyone on the phone. It’s beyond frustrating. When I’ve managed to speak with someone, the attitude of the staff is appalling. Rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping or even addressing my concerns. It’s like they’re doing me a favor by answering the phone at all - keep in mind, me, as in a paying client.

Now let’s talk about deliveries. They never get the order right, no matter how clear or simple the instructions are. I’ve received the wrong items multiple times, and when I call to sort it out, I get the same tired excuse: "We’re a small company and we just have too many clients." Well, maybe don’t take on more business than you can handle? It’s not the customer’s fault if your company is too overwhelmed to manage basic orders.

At this point, I’m done. I wouldn’t trust this company to deliver anything I need, let alone rely on them for something as important as medical supplies.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this disaster of a company. They are completely unreliable, unprofessional, and have no regard for their customers. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually knows how to run a business.

Edit: Whoever the person is that initially answers the phone and asks where to direct your call - by far the most rude and incompetent person - she doesn't let you speak and is very impolite. May God soften your heart.

I can only speak about my experience of interaction. Overall, I was satisfied. I used a negative pressure pump for wound care after surgery to clean a deep abscess on my leg. I received both the pump itself and all consumables for it on time to the address I specified.

All issues related to the completion of the equipment rental were resolved quite quickly, since I communicated in writing via e-mail. This gave me the opportunity to clearly state my needs and questions - and a company representative within 24-36 hours gave a detailed written response and recommendations regarding the document flow between me, the company and my insurance company.

Company WDMS helped me in the recovery process. I am grateful!

The supplies are great when you can get them... I hate that I have to order every few months. I call and call only exchange answers. I never get a call back. I had a problem with this company for months until I finally got my doctor to handle issues. For a couple of deliveries they were on the ball, delivery great. Then supply company said I would have to call and order my self . I called and the nightmare starts over again. 😡
If I could give no stars or a minuse I would.😒

The worst customer service that you can imagine. Calling all morning, 2 people at CS hung up on me. Left 4 messages, no call back. I don’t know how to be in contact with their customer service. I’m sure you don’t care about this reviews otherwise something would have been changed in your Bussiness CS. Your managers and supervisors should have beet more proactive that you will do not only your assignments but a customer service too. Imagine you’re the patient or patient’s parent.

By far the worst DME in the country! They just can’t get it together. It bothers me so much when my sons doctors office uses them for medical supplies. The staff doesn’t know what they are doing. The items never get here. Like who do I need to talk to to get the items we need which insurance has already paid for? My Son has other DMEs that would run circles around western drug there’s way better out there and if it was my choice I would NEVER do business with Western Duds!

Y'all should all be fired and shut down . My ECM has been telling y'all's oxygen and nebulizer departments ,the managers and everybody over there that I need my nebulizer and oxygen supplies since the 17th nothing has been sent . Nothing has been written back to her . We haven't received any calls . My oxygen levels are 16 and 34% on the spirometry test . Y'all's negligence could literally kill me .

Okay two days ago on the 28th I went here to pick up two pieces of equipment. Very nice people had everything I needed. So I thought. There was a simple mistake made that I let the person know today on the 30th should be corrected and send it to me. I am a 65-year-old senior and handicap. I'm very appalled that companies think that they can just dismiss customers. I picked up a bedside for an upcoming surgery. My surgery is in 4 days. There was not a toilet seat or cover. I spoke to a woman name Ellen. Who told me it would take 8 to 10 days to get it to me. I told her that won't work I need that within 2 days if not overnight. Is the small base company that makes all their money on customer service. I was once a small base company. If you don't take care of customers you don't have a business. I threatened to put pictures of my toilet on the internet. She and then told me I had to beg the owners to send this toilet seat to me in her record 2 days. I was not going to grovel for my seat but I was going to get my seat and I did. I'm so tired of these people who have senioritis

I would give this company zero stars if I could. No one returns phone calls and the terrible customer service is non-existent. I needed diapers for my son.and this company never followed through. It's a travesty that this company is still in business

UPDATE as of November 2024
I finally received diapers for my son but that was after multiple calls and filing a complaint with the insurance company. I'm just glad my son finally has what he needs
