Horrible western dental I didn’t get seen. My appointment was at 9:30am. It was 11am and I was still waiting to be called. One of the ladies with the fake painted on eyebrows looking ugly was rude and disrespectful. She has a bad attitude and honestly I just ended up leaving around 11:15. She should be fired.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this dental office. From the start, it was obvious that patient care was not their priority. The staff, from the front desk to the hygienists, were unprofessional and seemed uninterested in addressing my actual dental concerns. Everything felt rushed, impersonal, and as though they were just trying to get through their list of patients.

The worst part was the doctor’s complete lack of attention. They hardly listened to my concerns and didn’t bother to explain the treatment options in any meaningful way. Instead, they immediately recommended costly procedures without discussing why they were necessary or offering any less expensive alternatives. It felt like if you weren’t ready to pay a large sum out of pocket, they simply didn’t care.

The lack of genuine concern for my health was truly disappointing. The doctor seemed more focused on pushing expensive treatments than actually addressing my dental issues. I left feeling like my concerns didn’t matter unless I was willing to pay a lot of money.

This place feels more like a profit-driven business than a healthcare provider. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares about your well-being, avoid this place. The mediocre care and focus on profit aren’t worth your time or money.

I would give this place zero stars. I had a terrible experience from the begging to end.

Firstly, when I got a full extraction done, I felt everything. It was the worst pain I’ve felt. They did not numb me properly nor cared when they heard me in pain. The doctors have no knowledge whatsoever.
They absolutely do not care about their patients.

After a full tooth extraction they left me with absolutely nothing. They gave faulty dentures that did not fit at all. When I returned to the office to get them adjusted they told me that’s how it is and to deal with it.

From the very beginning it was obvious that this place only cares about profit and after they get their money they’ll kick you to the curb, I decided to give them a chance and it was the worst mistake I ever made, no one should repeat this mistake. DO NOT go here.

Very disappointing experience with Western Dental, where I was charged $2,500 for the extraction of three wisdom teeth. I was also required to purchase $1000+ bone powder for the procedure, which later proved by other dentist as unnecessary. Friends later suggested that I was overcharged. This was one of the most frustrating moments for me that year.

I regretted that I did not look into real customer reviews and just relying on the 5-star ones, which can be so misleading and fake. Please think twice and hear from people who have had genuine experiences with Western Dental.

Just horrible here they didn’t listen to any of my concerns the staff is always in a rush like what’s the hurry and the ortho only looked at my teeth for like 10 secs and would give me a full lecture over 1 broken bracket for like 15 mins I just wanted to be done and get out they did absolutely nothing about my extra tooth that I have sticking right out of my gum I’m very self conscious about it my mom would ask again and again and again what they were going to do about it and then they said we’re still waiting on the insurance to clear I saw them every 6 weeks how long does it take insurance to clear like damn and on top of all that I have autism so I would ask at every single appt can they tell me what they’re doing and would ignore it every time and then wonder why I’d back away in the middle of a braces tighten they would slip a lot too and stab me right in the gum and be like oops sorry I slipped but I felt like it was on purpose bc they did it every single time don’t waste ur time here

I initially encountered a problem, but thanks to the professionalism of Ms. Sanam (manager) and Dr. Mira, it was resolved effectively. I believe any concerns could be addressed smoothly if patients have the opportunity to communicate directly with Ms. Sanam.
