Absolutely the BEST pharmacy, ever! Sal, Stacy, Adriana, Reina and the rest of the team truly define and exemplify what and how an authentic neighborhood pharmacy looks like: Where you are treated as family; where they stay open an extra 20mins - just because you mentioned you were going out of town; where you can call and speak with a person, not a robot and not placed on hold; where they give you their undivided attention and when asked how you are doing, they actually mean it, care and listen, in this day and age is a rare blessing; And when you’re in a rush you can be in and out in 3 mins. I can go on and on….But I’d rather you come experience it for yourself. So if you are in search for a new pharmacy, with the utmost confidence, I recommend you come see Sal and his team, and become part of the growing family as well.

There is no other pharmacy in ANY city within the United States that can hold a candle to the extremely intelligent, kind hearted, caring, and hardworking team (staff & owner) of this pharmacy. They have assisted & advised me many times with information and advice pertaining to my overall healthcare and wellbeing numerous times over many years, and I have to say it has helped me more than some of the physicians that I have seen. That being said… words can not truly describe how unique and rare of a business operation as a whole …. And my feeling that these lovely souls have made me feel cared for to the extent I consider them my extended family! I have never ever had an issue with anything ever with anything when it comes to my Rx’s, health coverage, +++!!!!!!!

Place decided to tell me today, after a full year of coming here, that they won't accept Rx from my doctor anymore. I see him via teledoc but he's absolutely licensed in FL and I've been seeing him for years. My doc was the one that recommended West Palm pharmacy to begin with.

Which okay you won't fill my pills, whatever - but why did you wait until the absolute last day before I'm about to run out of meds to tell me this? now I'm basically in an urgent situation because it's an RX for adhd meds that I've been taking (yes responsibly and legally) for years. it's extremely disruptive to my ability to work to suddenly have no meds.

Sal literally could NOT have cared less and kept giving me some long winded excuse, and his cashier had the audacity to interrogate me on why I needed them so urgently. Because I'm about to run out, obviously!! I take them as needed and had a busy month at work. I work in a freaking non-profit helping poor people.

Thanks for making me feel like a junkie and for putting me in a horrible last-minute position for trying to refill meds that I've been picking up from you for months now...... I filed an ADA complaint already, but wanted to post on here so this doesn't happen to someone else....

Best decision I ever made switching here from a local big name pharmacy! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Turn around time=quick! Please do yourself a favor and save yourself frustration going to the big name places close by- I found this pharmacy by chance and I can’t say enough good things about them.
