I was referred to this office for help with menopause. As you can imagine I am having extreme issues with menopause symptoms. I wanted relief from someone that was caring and knowledgeable. I feel like I was completely swindled and taken advantage of. I paid for a bunch of blood tests (that my PCP could've ordered so it would be covered by insurance). I was told no they had to do them in office. That should've been the red flag that stopped me. I paid to meet with a doctor, I understand that (still under the impression I would get help). After all my time, travel and well over $2000. All I was offered for relief was to purchase supplements that I can buy on Amazon at half the cost.The lady trying to sell them to me couldn't even tell me what each individual supplement was for. Just gave me a blanketed answer. Please do your research. That's where I fell short. An extremely expensive lesson to learn. I guess I should've checked BBC.

I have been getting ozone treatments for almost 3 yrs. now to treat Interstitial-cystitis. I am always pleased with the doctor to patient relationship. The staff is very knowledgeable. Nicole performs my treatments with ease and without pain. Everyone in the office is friendly and I consider them friends. This treatment is improved my condition immensely and I have a better quality of life without bladder pain and would highly recommend Dr. Denise Bogard to everyone. She came to my rescue from the beginning when I was a very desperate woman. I will be forever grateful for her quick response to take care of my needs. God bless!!

Her new facility is amazing! I was delighted not only by the professionalism of her new location but the professionalism of the front desk. They were helpful, kind , efficient and professional, with a sense of urgency, while still valueing me and others - all at the same time. As well, attention to detail was noted. The philbotimist also carriesd the same above qualities making my experience a “ great one.”

Dr. Bogard is great! I've referred several friends to her and the only complaint is that it takes a while to get in to see her. Compared to the competition Dr. Bogard is more knowledgeable and easier to work with. I feel much better after using her services.

When I first went to Bogard she was attentive, engaging and explained everything in pretty good detail. Things have changed. I actually had a heart attack last October and the clinic knew because I shared it with them while picking up my supplements. No acknowledgment from Bogard. Perhaps a well wish quick phone call or message on the portal would have been nice. Nothing. Then the last few times I’ve tried having a conversation with her she gave me some crazy answer to my question. I love the staff. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’m sorry to say.
