I had an examination for an updated eyeglasses prescription and short and long term eye health prognosis with Dr. Jennifer Nguyen at this Warby Parker location. The exam was very thorough and all of my questions were answered completely and professionally. I was supplied with a lot of valuable information. Dr. Jennifer is an excellent Optometrist. I highly recommend her services.

For the last three years I have been a customer of Warby Parker and I have been treated so well. Whether it’s in SoCal or the Bay Area every store that I have been to the customer service has been wonderful. Today’s visit at Old Town Los Gatos was no different. I had to replace some frames today and Greg was able to help me out tremendously. Thanks brother! Their prices and product are worth every penny and to top it off the customer service is excellent. I had a great experience at this location and felt the selection and staff were great. I wanted to mention Brett, who was very helpful and just overall great! I feel like even though it was a busy time when I first went in, there was a nice balance of welcome from the different staff, space while I was just looking around, and then help when I was ready and wanting assistance and suggestions. Overall, I had a really positive experience.

Store will allow you to make an appointment for an eye exam when it is closed. Then the staff will look down their nose at you for not making an appointment when you can't get into the store. I've sworn off Warbly Parker and will pay more for frames and lenses at a place that understands what customer service is

I needed to get my eyes checked. Searched online, got the app and tried some glasses virtually. I saw I could make an appointment online at a nearby store, so I scheduled one; all in the app.

The store was very welcoming and cozy. The optometrist and attendants were very nice and kind. The optometrist took her time with my exam and explaining my condition. Cherry on top, glasses and frames are affordable.

Very recommended!
