I needed a life saving medication being that I received a transplant. I arrived at 1:15p 7/31/24. The text was clueless on how to process with the insurance. Mind you that looking forward though I he mirror, she was in contact with the pharmacist. At 1:30p I was told to come back in 30 minutes to an hiu by a second text because it was their last time for a lunch break. Go to any other pharmacy!!! Very disappointed in Walgreens

Drive thru Pharmacy is a joke. Staff are rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I literally had the tech yelling at me and calling me RUDE!! Yes, I was called rude for asking why my medication wasn't ready after I received an automated phone call stating it was ready for pickup. I literally deplore this Pharmacy.
I switched from mail order to Walgreen's because I thought it would be more convenient but it isn't. I might as well wait on my postman to deliver to my medication to my door.

Went here to get our passport photos. They couldn’t be bothered enough to take them of our children because they would have to “set up a chair” and there was a truck coming in. They just didn’t wanna make the effort. Happily took ourselves down to the CVS down the street and had a great experience there. 🙂

As I was shopping here today I overheard the Manager (I think his name is Jeff) speaking to everyone (employees and customers) so kindly. I overheard many conversations he had with others since the store is kind of quiet, it was refreshing to hear him try to make everyone's day. He treated the employees respctfully and with great care. I bet they really enjoy working for him. He answered a question for me, he made sure to stop what he was doing and gave me his undivided attention. Retail is often a thankless job, but it was awesome to hear how many times he told employees "Thank You". I will be shopping here more regularly because of him. He deserves to be recognized for his kindness and for how efficiently he helped customers

WORST Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. All the employees ( except the sweet lady up front) are rude and entitled and they're supposed to call or send a text when your prescription is ready which I never received. I made these issues aware to someone at the store and they didn't seem to care at alll so I won't be going back and I'll be investigating more about reporting these "employees" there's no reason to be that rude to everyone.

This place has really gone downhill. Rude employees and the pharmacy drive thru takes forever. Went there this morning to get a prescription as I received an email stating it was ready yesterday. After waiting over 20 minutes in line (I was the second vehicle), I was told it wasn't going to be ready until Monday (they said it was being shipped, as I never knew/heard that before). Called and spoke to a rude/smart a$$ pharmacy lady. I've had issues with this pharmacy before but gave them another chance as I understand they may be understaffed, but the unprofessional manners by their pharmacy staff today has made me drop them and find someone else.
