I was excited when this location opened because it is much more convenient than going to King of Prussia and my favorite doctor at that location had left. I was nervous at first, but the doctor at this office is phenomenal. She takes the time to answer questions and make sure I understand everything. Since I have other health conditions she makes sure to check everything thoroughly and had me see a specialist just to make sure everything was ok. She explained all my options and anything to look out for Incase I have any problems. The rest of the office staff is very nice too. When I needed to pick glasses the one lady helped me find a great pair that I would’ve normally never considered and I absolutely love them. I even went back to get sunglasses and she helped me find a great pair that I also love. Very happy I made the switch to this office.

Visited Collegeville office today. Had an appointment and waited 45 minutes to be seen for less than 15 minutes. And the optometrist was rather rude regarding an issue with my teenage son.
At no point did anyone apologize for the wait. If I were 45 minutes late I am sure I would be told my appointment was canceled. Just frustrating and seems unprofessional. An apology goes a long way. And kindness does too.

Once again, the staff and optometrist at Village Optical in the Collegeville office did not disappoint! Dr. Samantha Jennings was very thorough, friendly and professional and Adrienne the optician worked her magic to repair an old pair of glasses that my dog had bent! The front desk was very polite and professional. I had an issue with the coating on the lenses of a newer pair of glasses that were still under warrantee and Dr. Sam was able to offer me new replacement lenses at very little cost to me. The new, modern, state of the art equipment in office was impressive and gave me a higher level of comfort that my diagnosis was accurate. As an urgent care physician, I am glad to know this practice is close by! Highly recommend this provider!! A++++

Went over to Village Optical because my wife's glasses needed a quick repair/replacement for her nose pads. They were quick, pleasant and reliable. And...they didn't charge me for it. Wow! That's 1st Class Customer service! Thank you Very much!

Excellent customer service -- willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I have had only excellent experiences with several of their associates and have loved each set of glasses I've purchased. Everyone is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. This office and Doctor really care about your sight. My husband and I got our exams and ordered our glasses. We have been going there for several years and they really care about the patient even though I admit I am kind of picky and they always come up with the best. We highly recommend this staff and a caring doctor, they truly care and treat you like a friend. Trust your eyes to this staff, they care.

Judy, Jeff and the entire staff have always been quite helpful. I get fully checked annually (for detection of glaucoma, stroke, etc.) and they always fully explain the results. They took their time helping me find a pair of new frames that I still love wearing! Great people, Great service, fair prices

This is a cozy little neighborhood eye glasses shop with truly honest and genuine people. I have wide temporal and narrow bridge, which makes finding glasses rather challenging. This is the fourth shop I stopped by this week.

Jeff spent hours with me trying to find the right frame that would fit me. We tried almost everything in the shop. I felt a bit guilty at the end and wanted to settle with an OK frame. Instead, he was the one said that the frame would not work well for me and recommended another specialty shop he know from his years of experience.

They care about you rather than selling a pair of glasses. I couldn't ask for more from any business.
