Cindy, Julie, and Andrea are the most wonderful people I’ve ever met, our flight got canceled coming to big bear from Honolulu, the airlines booked us a new flight and got us to LAX but they lost our bags. We got to big bear safely but we spent four days without anything. My family and I stopped in their store on Christmas Eve and told them what had happen, they helped us and went out of their way to make our Christmas special. I will always love those ladies! If your ever in big bear stop by and support them!

Staff is beyond friendly! Definitely worth visiting if you’re going to big bear. Bought myself a fruit loops candle that smells bomb af. They also have other unique candle scents that are freakishly accurate.

Came here once during vacation and made the 1.2 hour trip to come back months later to restock on some of the delicious goodies and great soaps they offer here! They have some fun gah gifts that are both hilarious and useful lol see the picture I posted of what I bought, it's a little peek into what they offer here!

This place is awesome! The merchandise is fun and unique, and the customer service was great. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because they don't have a website. I would love to order more stuff online.
