Vida Wellness is always my first stop when I’m in need of unconventional pain management. The Neuromuscular Therapy i receive from Sal has seriously been more beneficial than any pain killer or massage. I have been treated for several different intense pains over the past year and each time i have been almost instantly relieved. I walked in yesterday with severe back pain and within 30 minutes i went from a 10/10 to almost 1/10. I highly recommend Sal, especially because it is a very cost effective method of relief.

Our first time for each 90 minute massages with Vida she welcomed us like old friends, then proceeded to give us each our best massage ever. We returned a week later and had another best massage. Then we noticed she is on the pages of the city of Weston magazine for top female-owned businesses. Vida also helped us with excellent restaurant recommendations. She's an outstanding person and we feel so lucky.
