The soup could have been heated up a bit. The cornbread was very good, but a little lacking in corn taste."

Another diner praised the eatery by saying, "My dinner mate had the turkey sandwich & a salad. She got her money's worth; she rated both very good. So we both enjoyed our meals, but too full for their delicious ice cream."

Service was a bit slow, one waitress, but she did a good job as best as she could!

Food was edible, except the soup... It seems that the soup is never hot when it's served at these restaurants. This was our first time it's this particular restaurant in the chain and the soup was almost cold. We sent it back and took the Fries instead... The un club sandwich was not something I would order again. Our servers were attentive and the food came out Timely. Men's bathroom smelled clean but there was a lot of paper products on the floor. The amenities were dated. The main restaurant only had a few tables to accommodate larger people... As booths don't always work. I would not go back to this restaurant again however I will return to the Modesto restaurant on McHenry. The whip cream on the milkshake was kind of chunky. Not appetizing.

This restaurant has lost its flare as i have gone here for year since i was a child. First off the service is poor, secondly the quality has definitely gone down which i know i cant fully blame the restaurant but come on at least make prices cheaper if your gonna serve me bad strawberries and mediocre flavorless bacon and eggs… third the manager is extremely rude i didnt get her name but she has an orange bob and is abit of an older lady. Will not be returning for awhile nor recommending to anyone…

Besides the strawberries not being fresh, everything else was delicious. And, I loved the hot sauce recommended by the waitress.

Usually a fine place to eat. Pretty plain selection, but the milkshakes are iconic. The Galt locaiton is far better.

Wonderful waitress. The food was plentiful. Not overly seasoned. Good American fare plus ice cream. Also a great Pozole Verde without onions, a delicious first course.

Ive gone to this restaurant for many years with my family as the food quality has gone down the more expensive it has as well as the service inside the restaurant, last i went to this restaurant with my family we were seated and mind you it wasnt busy there was only an older couple and myself with my 2 kids and we waited over 40 minutes to get our orders taken and then we waited about 30 minutes for our food before leaving I’m sad to say that i will not be going here again the manager i believe was also bery rude as i was waiting for my order i had asked a server if i could charge my phone and the manager told me i was unable to after and said unless i was ordering something as i had explained to her we order 20 minutes ago and havent received our order. Dont go here if you want bad service also i saw a young boy just wanting to hangout inside because it was hot out and he needed to charge his phone and he was kicked out very unreasonable restaurant hope they do better in the future…though i will not be returning after today 🙁
