I've tried several pharmacies in town and these guys are by far the best. They sort out insurance issues quickly. The pharmacist is always available to answer any of my questions. Instead of standing in line forever at other pharmacies only to be told that half your prescriptions are not available, Vegas Pharmacy delivers to your home with no issues. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

At best a 3.. im new to las vegas and decided to give this place a try as its a start up.. first of all I had to call them to check on my prescription.. and they hadn't started processing it yet. Didn't even know it was there waiting to be filled

Also, when i first called Brad answered. I told him i was checking on my prescription as I hadn't heard from them yet. He says and i quote "let's start with your birthday i guess"

Me: i guess.. thinking.. this is nothing like the reviews say. To top it off, they didnt have the medication, so if i didnt call, im not sure if my prescription would have ever gotten filled. And the other pharmacy never received the fax. This final part.. I'm not sure who to blame. But i called both places twice.. and no one had answers.

I finally called the original place and just had my prescription sent to a completely different Walgreens.. because i was over it all.. with everyone

Wow everyone is so nice here, I can ask them questions and they are so kind to answer. I used to go to one of the big box pharmacy with the letter, they treated me so badly. It was so amazing to move my 30 meds over to this pharmacy, It was one of the best decisions I ever made. Choose Vagas Pharmacy as your pharmacy you won’t be disappointed!!! 🥰🥰

Almost a year now they have been great. The owner Brad spent so much time with on the phone getting all my scripts from so many different specialists, He and his staff care about their patients you can tell, Brad told me he used to work at one of the big box pharmacy, he saw how bad people were getting treated and decided to open his own pharmacy, He isn’t looking to be one of the big guys because he wants to keep caring about their customers as his priority and still keep things more personal. I forgot how nice it is to be treated with respect from a business and pharmacy, you don’t get this these days, Business these days are so impersonal, but not here you feel cared about and respected, please treat the staff well, I feel like there one of the last businesses that cares so much.

i switched from walgreens to Vegas Pharmacy, where i had nothing but problems getting my prescriptions filled or getting them at all. Vegas Pharmacy is amazing, and seem to go out of their way to get the patient what they need. it's also nice being able to get them delivered without a problem as well.

I cannot express my full gratitude for this pharmacy! The day Brad went above and beyond was the day I even felt my eyelids sweat knowing my son was running out of insulin, and, I couldn't get ahold of his doctor. I called the pharmacy hoping they could help me out on a wim,,,and Brad was able to get a sample for my son in time for his next meal. I truly appreciate what he did. Thank You Brad! Oh and they deliver too

Edited - The Pharmacy called me very quickly after my initial review was posted and cleared up both the issue I was having, and also informed me of some misconceptions I had about the processes involved with an Rx that had been heavily delayed.

Feedback was provided on how to better communicate with patients when these long delays happen.

I called the owner because I was having trouble with a prescription for a inhaler and he went above and beyond and not only got me a better/cheaper option but stood on hold with the emergency room for ONE HOUR to make sure we got his inhaler. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it. Definitely was the light at the end of a tunnel!

Amazing pharmacy!!! The owner actually cares!! He remembered my son’s situation from 2 weeks ago. And went above and beyond for our family!!! I’m switching all my medicine here, and they deliver!!!
