This is my first visit and just this visit was the best that I had all this time that I've had my injury. They've done more for me in 1 day then the other doctors I've been going to in a 3 years and her staff is great. I can't wait to see her again but I know I'm going to get better. Thank you. Go to her.
My 2nd visit great staff very friendly n nurses are efficient the Dr.has already done a big improvement on my feet.why didn't I know about her when this first happened I wouldn't have lost my toes (2) but nobody would do anything but wanting to cut my foot off . Really go to her.

Dr Taylor and her staff have been remarkable, I have never developed a relationship not only with the doctor but her entire staff as well. not even with my primary doctor do I feel as comfortable as I do with Dr Taylor .
The ladies Vanessa and Jasmine in the front of the office... always smiling and very attentive, never a delay with paperwork processing and quick to answer any questions I have.
Chad OMG the kindest most gently assistant. Also the best orthopedic technician on earth. He removed and placed casts on my leg multiple times seamlessly.
I would definitely recommend Dr Taylor for any of your foot and ankle needs

I cannot say enough about Dr. Vanessa Taylor!! She is beyond words AMAZING! She’s not just a Dr she’s human and it shows in her love and compassion for her patients. She's has been our go to Dr for my entire family for over 8 years and Insurance or not she is worth every penny. The whole staff is also amazing! Chad, Vanessa and Lali are always super helpful. (They’re the ones I deal with most but everyone there is wonderful!)

I got some blister from diabetic swelling. My primary doctor would not see me. My insurance sent me to many specialist. Vanesa & chad fixed me without getting an infection or loosing any appendage. I was seriously very worried. God bless the great health care I received. The staff was very awesome. I've previously had a staff infection in this location. I had to go to the hospital twice a day for antibiotic IV. Vanessa's and her staff treatment avoided that.

Dr. Taylor and her staff were phenomenal. We have been well taken care of from our first visit, through two surgeries and aftercare. The office staff is always caring, attentive and accommodating. They always keep us updated and informed. After being neglected by a previous podiatrist, we were referred to Dr. Vanessa Taylor. She noticed an extra toe growing in both feet of my 11 year old that was causing her feet to become deformed. She preformed the most seamless, painless, flawless surgeries on both of my daughter’s feet. She was caring, careful, transparent, and forthcoming with all information. She knows her practice and knows what she is doing! Dr. Taylor is among the best-of-the best!

I want to leave a bad review on this foot Dr. (Chino Hills Foot and Ankle Center) My husband took my daughter here for a feet check up due to her flat feet, Dr. recommended new balance shoes and power steps insoles, they brought out the power steps insoles and started fitting my daughter into them. She later had the nurse put them in her shoes without advising my husband the cost or anything, once they started walking out the nurse then tells my husband “just an fyi these are $65” my husband purchased them with out knowing I had bought her the same ones for half the price. The receipt didn’t say no refunds nor was there a sign at the dr. Office, stating they were final sale, he went back to get a refund as the price was unfair and we already had a pair and they denied the refund. The manager from this place didn’t even show their face, nor want to give him an explanation. Be aware of these things before you go there and buy stuff.

Service has been excellent! Dr. Taylor took the time to explain what was happening, why and what we were going to do to make things better. Never had the feeling of being rushed to get to the next patient. She pointed out things regarding my injuries that no doctor previously had explained.
