I’ve been a costumer for almost 12 years and Demetrio he’s a nice Guy helps me out a lot. If you have any questions you have to go with at the time he’s there. I don’t blame the Cashiers that they don’t know anything, like I said Demetrio is a nice person he is helping his cashiers giving them the job just to charged the items. He’s not a rude person like most post says in here.. most of this post in here seems lies the way the ppl post unprofessional

Usually I buy supplements in this store a guy named Dimitri help me a lot,I came with time to explain to him wath I need,but today just a skinny girl like cashier, I ask for some products she said I donk now I ask when they are going to receive it she said I don't know, got a nasty actitud.

This place discriminates, harasses, and just blunt coward rude. I’ve been there a couple of times and every time I do, I always get told something. At it’s that same little old dude name Demetry. I went in 10 minutes before closing time and he kicked me out telling me they had to close and I looked at my watch and told him there’s 10 minutes left and I already knew what I was getting. He told me No and didn’t have time to ring me up so I left. I came back a few weeks later for the same product I didn’t buy and I go to LA fitness so I had my duffle bag, as soon as I walk in (same old guy) told me to leave it at the front. No problem I left it at the front and I continued to look for my vitamin. He kept pacing back and forth behind me I was so uncomfortable and bothered. At this point I had enough and I left without buying my product. He laughed as I walked out. How sad, old, and ridiculous do you have to be to get to that point? He needs to retire because he obviously hates his job.

I would come here almost 5 days a week after the gym until this little guy I presume he was the owner comes out and says I have to leave my backpack with all my belongings at the front insinuating I am going to be shoplifting. Mind you they have security all over this parking structure and cameras inside the store hard to get away with shoplifting some mediocre vitamins, and protein drinks. I told him this would be the last time I shop at your store and he really said whatever see if I care. Then muttered something after as I was walking out, I presume more insults he said to his staff after reading the other reviews, I highly suggest you don’t waste your money and time on someone who does not treat people fairly or kindly.

I want to put zero for his bad treatment to customer.He was so rude. I saw how Dimitri treated her. I want the owner to respond to this. This harassment can't be tolerate. I hope this store will be close for harassing customers for not buying..lol. I really don't recommend this store..Do you think you going to buy here with the rude man working inside the store..I bet not.

Why anyone would ever go to GNC when this store exists is beyond me. The people here are so nice. I was interested in a product and asked if they had the single serving size so I could try it first. I was looking to buy a few, and he said hold on let me go look. He came back with a huge stack of them for me to try and said they're samples and he won't take money for them. So nice here. He recommended a nice fish oil for me to take as well. Very attentive and kind!

It’s is only out of the convenience from buying your needs that the Vallarta market next door does not provide, you go here, but other than that Whole Foods and traders joes has better prices for fresher products. Compare the prices online. And also their nuts wasn’t so fresh compared to Traders joes… I only go here out of convenience after the gym from LA fitness when I run out of necessities
