Everyone owes themselves to take the time and visit this amazing healing center. Hayley and Amy are so helpful and very knowledgeable. The space is so posh and immaculate. I did the cold chamber, red light therapy and the Normatec compression therapy on my legs. I left feeling rejuvenated, and cleansed and absolutely amazing!!

I have reached out repeatedly asking for their help on a refund because I am no longer living in the area and I don’t have anyone I can sell two $100 gift cards to! I have been emailing for a year about this and asking repeatedly to speak to someone above the manager at the Roseville location!

I live 4 hours away and there are no US Chryotherapy places near me, it is ridiculous that they want me to drive 4 hours to use their services! I literally have to now file complaints with US attorney generals office, with the consumer protection bureau, and with consumer financial protection bureau to get the manager and owners to be forthright in issuing a refund! My $200 isn’t going to break them financially!! I have the gift cards, I have the credit card and credit card statements proving I bought them!! Do better!!

Customers beware! I was a customer at the Scottsdale Arizona location owned by Kevin Kramer and suddenly out of nowhere and with no notification from that location they close their doors. Within 30 days of them closing I purchased $190 worth of credits. Reached out to Kevin Kramer regarding this and he told me all customers were notified about this prior to them closing. Me along with two other people I know never received any kind of notification from that location. No text, no email, no phone call and I did not download the app because it was not required. Prior to them closing prior to them closing I was receiving emails from that location with appointment confirmations so I know I was on file.
They were still selling their services less than 30 days prior to them permanently closing their doors. Kevin told me he was going to look into their system to show me any kind of evidence of an email being sent and he never provided that to me even after multiple email exchanges back and forth. If you're one who's buying any kind of memberships on a reoccurring basis with this business I would be very cautious of that. There have been multiple stores owned by this individual that have gone out of business. Update: after a few back and forth emails between myself and Kevin he ended up refunding me for the credits I previously purchased.

Years ago I had a monthly membership. I drove by a few times recently and realized that I missed using the chamber. The addition of red light therapy is awesome 👌 The team is as friendly and helpful as I remember.

My 11 year old daughter plays soccer for Rocklin FC and recently injured her lower back. We were recommended by our pediatrician, DT Training and a good friend to try US CRYO for recovery. She had her first session last night and they did not disappoint! She went into the chamber, then had 2 spot treatments and then some compression. Thank you so much … we’ll be back!!!
