I’ve been a patient here on and off for about 6 years. And I’ve had great experiences with their acupuncturists. But today I went into pick up some supplements that they had on hold for me and I was completely ignored by the staff. Would not say hi or help me check out or respond to me in any way. After trying to speak with them for 10 minutes while they walked back and forth in front of me doing other things I finally had to leave. Very perplexing. Anyway I’m off to order my supplements online.

I love this place! And I know they have had some turn over! I just wish they had kept it at 45$ for low income …I can barely pay my rent but I love the services and staff! ❤️❤️❤️

Universal family wellness clinic has been a godsend for me. I have a back injury from a car accident years ago. Often times the pain has been extreme and debilitating. But regular treatment at UFWC has helped to reduce the pain to practically nothing, and I am able to have a normal life again. I have been to several other acupuncture clinics in the area, these folks are the best. Very professional and knowledgeable, and they have a sliding payment scale for those of us with lower incomes. I am so grateful for the practitioners at Universal family wellness clinic.

Maryam is a true healer. Although I had been getting regular acupuncture for almost a year, I really started seeing the changes once I began working with her. She is extremely kind, patient, generous and attentive. You can really feel her care. She personalizes treatment and is willing to try new things or make adjustments if needed. I always feel like an individual patient, not just part of an assembly line.

This place is fantastic! Super clean, beautiful, the practitioners are very talented and their staff is very friendly. They have a sliding scale for payment which is so admirable of them! Really helped me with my painful neck/shoulder.

I've seen many an Accupuncturist/herbalist in my time, all highly reputable and above standard, and I have to say hands down, Michael Niss is the best of all of them. His expertise are expansive, thorough and up to date and his treatments all impacted me with lasting effect that impressed me for days following each session. The way his clinic is run with the priority really on the patients and not trying to sell you all kinds of stuff you don't need, also impressed me quite a bit. The sliding scale charge for treatments is also a generous testament to the values this family practice is clearly founded in. He also helped me use herbs I already had until I ran out when I bought more from him at extremely reasonable prices. Highly recommended!!

WOW! I found this place last minute, online, hoping there would be a same day available appointment for my mom who so desperately needed this treatment for her pounding headache and stomach ache. This clinic did not disappointment! My mom was attended by Jacy Davis, who knows what she was doing and seems to love helping her patients. My mom was very impressed by her tenderness care and attention that was given to her, her willingness to want to help, she even offered a second session. Also super affordable $45-$75 a session depending on your budget.
