This place provides excellent quality service. I went in with severe Sciatica pain . The wait was not bad at all. Saw the PA she gave me exactly what I needed. 2 shots and a Rx . I felt better within an hour. Thank you so much. 10/10 Service with 5 stars. From a retired RN of 35years something they didn’t even know 🥰

I had a very positive experience here today. Came in with some cold symptoms and needed a note for work and a prescription for some cough medicine. I was seen very quickly. Everyone was really polite and I got in and out in well under an hour.

The providers are great! BUT man the MA are not friendly they don’t make you feel welcome. You have to call several times to be able to get a hold of them you leave voice mail but they never return calls, sometimes it seems like they don’t even know how to make appointments and man the waiting to be seen is way too long last time I waited more than hours to be seen plus the wait inside the room is just so frustrating they get behind schedule so bad, the clinic has poor management and time flow

I never ever leave reviews unless I feel really obligated to tell people so they don’t experience what I did.
Came to get a TB testing for work. Called ahead to make appointment but they said to just walk in. I walk in and they said it won’t take long. Proceed to wait 30minutes before going up to ask how long its going to take. The nurse (?) at the front desk then proceeds to give me another form to fill out. Why did they not give this to me at the beginning when I was signing everything else? I then wait 10more minutes before they see me. 40minutes of waiting…

I understand they may be busy but it was me and one other guy waiting in the lobby. Maybe there is one nurse and one doctor total in this urgent care. So please take note before going.

Today I went to get my TB test checked. I see the same nurse as last appointment. I ask up front how long it would take. She says “not long”. I wait 20minutes and as I am about to get up to ask her how much longer she gets up and leaves. There is no one at the front (pictured). I wait for another 5 minutes before finding a nurse i. The back walking by. I explain I am getting tb test checked. She asks me to sign in (first nurse never asked me to) and says someone will be with me shortly. I wait another 5minutes before a male nurse comes. Again.. 30minutes. Makes me wonder if I hadn’t gotten up to get the nurse how much longer I would have waited.

Once in the room he looks at my arm and says “oh no positive “ and leaves the room. He then comes back with another asian nurse who says “oh no, thats just negative”. I have yet to experience such an unprofessional environment.

Overall had a very bad experience and can’t imagine having to come when I actually have an urgent problem.

Unless you have all the time in the world, or bored I highly do not recommend coming here. Please go to Minute Clinic at a cvs. They will see you in less than 5minutes.

I was in this urgent care 3 Hours!!!! It closed at 8:00 and i got attended at 9:21 i was super sick coughing the whole time asking when they’ll see me and they took forever horrible service wouldn’t recommend coming here your better off at a real hospital with the type of service you get here.

I came to the clinic on a Friday after work, and I was having trouble with my eye. I was in so much pain, and I didn't know what was wrong, but the physician assistant, Rachel, saw me. She told me exactly what was wrong and gave me a prescription. I am doing so much better... No pain now! The nurse had a sense of humor, and the fro t desk workers were efficient and pleasant. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Excellent service all the way!

This location is very clean and all the staff is knowledgeable and very polite. State of the art equipment and excellent service from the reception to the doctors.
Great experience all around!!
