Came in for ultrasounds and had Amay Cervantes as my tech. Not only did she have a calm, pleasant demeanor but explained everything to me even though I’ve done it before. During scary times we need practitioners who are comforting and polite. I appreciate her and what she does. Thank you

I got there for my appointment early, but they called me up to say my appt was last week. Uh no. I always restate appt date and time before I hang up. Plus I had a big meeting at that time, so I know I wouldn't have scheduled an appt that day. The nice thing was that they were able to take me. When I called to see if my scans were sent, they indicated they had been sent. Just waiting to hear from my doc now.

Medical staff up front have essentially zero knowledge how newborn insurance works and skipped over my appointment time while they try to figure it out despite being told repeatedly. Now I have to pay for their stupidity as they continue to let patients in after me even though I showed up 20 minutes early

I don't usually write reviews but I had to let everyone know about the wonderful service and experience I had with UMI.. On the day of my X-ray I had some problems and issues with my insurance company company and I was stressing out But Dorali Took out the stress by Instructing me on what to do to solve the problem she also She also spoke with the insurance company herself and And took care of the complex situation. From beginning to end she was very professional and caring. Her staff was also very friendly I would highly recommend this place for anyone that will be needing medical image is in medical imaging services.

Staff were nice. Especially a young man, who must be a specialist of X-ray, was so kind and helpful. He tried his best to let me understand with using a lot of body language and simple words as soon as he noticed I was not a native English speaker.
I really appriciate it.

I’ve asked them several times to submit my DEXA test from July 2020 to my primary doctor and never sent them. I finally went to pick up the results & they gave me a CD copy! How am I supposed to read that? The tech said “the report will be done in 3 days”. Whaaat? They don’t have a written results after 11 months Pls Don’t go here if you need to send them to your primary doctor, they will never do it

I've been waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes for a simple x-ray. They said 35-40 minutes. No one asks about you or cares AT ALL how long you're waiting. This is UNACCEPTABLE . The x-ray technician was great, but the girls up front are STUPID AND LAZY.
