Have Always Loved The Two Locations Of Unique Beauty Supply Stores In Forrest City, AR. Shopped Them When I Lived In ST. Louis. MO. And Hot Springs, AR. Always Able To Buy Goods I Can't Find At Home. Bought A Wig And Jewelry At Their Second Location In Wynne.

It's only ok because it had the items I wanted to purchase but overall their customer service auxka big time! The people waiting on you are the whole time treating you like you're bothering them somehow by purchasing the products that they are selling
Furthermore ita a monopoly here as far as beauty supply stores are concerned since the Pandemic. They are the only option other than traveling outside of the city.

The people who own unique are always nice but the new white lady who works there has had a problem getting wigs down for me and has gotten an attitude when I asked so this time I didn't buy anything at all but I was looking for a gift to buy for my mom for Christmas. This is the 2nd time I've left with nothing because she was huffing and puffing when I asked for something. If she doesn't like her job she should quit. She is there to make sales.

It was clean and I was in and out. The guy that checked me out tried to up charge me on a bundle. SO CHECK YOUR PRICES BEFORE YOU PAY. but it's alright
