The quick visit option suggests a streamlined process for common pharmacy needs, aiming to minimize patient wait times.

Specialties and Services

The core specialty of Union Drugs, as indicated by its name, is, predictably, pharmacy services. This encompasses a broad spectrum of offerings, including prescription fulfillment, over-the-counter medications, and potentially compounding services, though this should be confirmed directly with the pharmacy. While the website currently remains unavailable, contact details are readily accessible. The acceptance of credit cards further enhances convenience for patients, providing a flexible payment method. Customer Reviews and Feedback

Currently, Union Drugs has only one review on Google My Business, resulting in the aforementioned low average opinion. This solitary review, which should be examined in detail, is a crucial data point for prospective customers. Given the limited feedback, it's challenging to establish a comprehensive understanding of the pharmacy’s strengths and weaknesses. However, the negative rating signals a potential area for improvement regarding patient satisfaction. It is recommended that potential clients actively seek out additional reviews or consider contacting the pharmacy directly to inquire about their experiences.

Key Considerations and Recommendations

Despite the concerning initial feedback, Union Drugs offers accessibility and payment flexibility. The wheelchair-accessible features and SNAP/EBT acceptance are positive attributes. However, the single review and low average opinion necessitate careful consideration. Before utilizing the services, it’s strongly advised to:

  • Contact the pharmacy directly to inquire about their services and address any specific concerns.
  • Thoroughly review the available Google My Business review, searching for underlying issues that may contribute to the negative rating.
  • Consider consulting with a healthcare professional regarding any prescription needs.
  • Verify the availability of compounding services if required.

The pharmacy’s proximity to the community and commitment to accessibility are noteworthy. Nevertheless, the lack of substantial positive feedback underscores the importance of conducting due diligence before entrusting Union Drugs with your pharmaceutical requirements. Further investigation and direct communication are highly recommended to assess whether the services align with your individual needs and expectations. The limited online presence adds to the need for direct engagement. Future improvements in patient satisfaction ratings would undoubtedly enhance the pharmacy’s reputation and solidify its position as a valued healthcare provider in Uniontown.

Summary

Union Drugs, located at 117 Water St, Uniontown, AL, offers pharmacy services with accessibility features and SNAP/EBT acceptance. Despite a low average review score, the accessibility and payment options are valuable assets.

Don't go here if you don't have to. 😇

I was told I'm not on my own insurance straight to my face . Then I was told my script would be 48.50 without insurance when I know my pills are $279 without my insurance. I just left with a smile. I'll never go in there again

Another pharmacy filled my prescription the same day , right after this rude inconvenience . 😇
