I started going to Trussville Yoga a few weeks ago and immediately felt welcomed! I’ve taken classes with both Helen and Spivey and they’re both amazing! I now go multiple times a week and look forward to it every time!

Trussville Yoga is the best!! I’ve taken classes with Spivey and Helen and they are both AMAZING. All the classes are beginner friendly and not intimidating at all! They are truly creating a little community and I love going to class. I feel like I am getting better every day thanks to them!

I've taken the vin/yin class with Helen on Monday nights, and it was fantastic. I'm relatively new, and she did a great job providing modifications where needed! It was all around a really pleasant experience - great space, instruction, and atmosphere!
