There are no compounding pharmacies near me that will prepare Cisapride for my cat. I was able to find it at Triad in Cerritos about 25 miles from my home. The pharmacist who owns this pharmacy has been there for decades. Triad offers pick up and mail delivery. Very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

The entire staff at Triad is very friendly, knowledgeable, and competent, both over the phone and in person. I really appreciate them going the extra mile, including today when Ron Miller stayed late on a three day weekend’s Friday so I get my dog’s medication while braving traffic from San Diego. Wow, customer service isn't dead! Been buying my 19 yr old kitty's meds here for 7-8 months. When the RX runs out, they call, they handle everything, they check with the vet, it's great! Saves me tons of time on the phone. But the best thing yet: this last batch of liquid medicine came with the wrong flavor. I left a message late at night (because now my cat won't take it!), and no one called me back. But today, a whole new batch of corrected meds was delivered, no charge, no muss, no fuss. When I called to thank them, the person apologized profusely for the error and not calling, and said they were supposed to call me yesterday, but they had 2 people out. I'm telling you, I thought caring about customers was dead, but it's alive and well here! I would trust them with anything!

When our boy Blue was diagnosed with an enlarged heart, our vet said the medication was expensive and hard to find. We called pharmacy after pharmacy with no luck. Then we found Triad and spoke with Alexis. We had Blue's prescription filled the next day. Thank you Triad and Alexis. Our boy Blue has passed the three month mark after given four to six months to live. He still is going strong.

I have never actually been in this pharmacy but have had such a great experience with everyone there. I take a very specialized medication that a lot of doctors don't know much about, so I was constantly calling the head pharmacist to pick his brain on this medication. He was always patient, kind and helpful. There prices are reasonable and the courier they use was even helpful. If you need compounding, I recommend Triad highly.
