I am losing weight (pretty darn fast too), and Star is awesome in helping me. She has a super positive energy, and really cares about her clients (and it shows). I would highly recommend their services. This is not a crash diet, or making you exercise all day, to achieve results. Meals are 6x a day (yes, six), and I walk about 30 mins a day (yes, walking, not running). This is so easy to maintain the program, and she always answers a text if you have a question, concern, or need a little support.

I have been going to the Total Wellness for over a week. (4 sessions so far). I am happy with the results I am seeing in my body and pleased with myself for choosing to improve myself. You are treated like family and a queen. Star, the owner, is very straightforward with very high energy and really care about you as a person. I am on the meal plan too. I eat 3 meals a day and 3 snacks. Actually more food than I ate before but now I am eating the right foods and snacks. Yesterday I found out I was drinking too much water everyday and flooding my system. Go figure 6 months ago I barely drank and water now I have to watch my intake. Every plan is different because we are all different so Star figures out the right plan for you and makes adjustments as needed. I am very pleased with Total Wellness and STAR who lives up to her name

The experience I have had at Red Light Therapy is amazing. It has helped me lose inches and be more assertive with myself and stay focused on eating healthy!!! And the staff and Star are amazing as well!!!

This wellness center is absolutely awesome l! They make you feel so comfortable, like one big family! I have terminal lung cancer . Which resulted in some lobe removals on my right and left side! This is so painful that was not able to wear a bra even sports bars hurt but easier ! The last couple weeks o wearing by bras again! Does it still hurt yes but more tolerable! I see and can feel the contouring.!when I say highly recommended , I truly mean it . ❤️❤️❤️❤️

She listened to what I had to say and was able to adjust the plan to fit my needs. I left my credit card at the office, and Star personally brought it to me. Thank you so much.
