Never going to the ED here again. When I was triaged, the nurse was extremely rude and wasn’t taking me seriously when I told her my symptoms. My PA, Danielle, however, was lovely. There were also two other nurses, one by the name of Whitney, the other, I forget, but, they were extremely kind and I won’t forget their empathy and professionalism. Moreover, I asked more than 6 nurses for a cup of ice over the 6 hours that I was there. Each one had a different reason as to why they couldn’t. I understand the ED is extremely busy and the nurses and doctors are swamped, but I could not have asked for something simpler. Each one couldn’t or passed my request to someone else and it just never got done. I wanted the ice bc I’m nauseous and it’s really hard for me to drink water. On top of this, a patient next to me asked our shared nurse for food. She immediately dropped everything and went and grabbed it for him. But, I couldn’t get a single cup of ice? This same nurse was also rude and passive aggressive when I asked for an IV (which I never received). This same nurse was also rude to her other patients as well. Any time they would ask her a question, her responses her short, cold, and inappropriate; as if they were inconveniencing her. She would have moments where she would be cordial, but 8 times out of 10 she wasn't. It has now taken them over three and a half hours to send over a prescription to my pharmacy. My pharmacy will be closed by the time they do. Waste of mine and my families’ time. Do not come here.

I (unfortunately lol) have paid this urgent care multiple visits and have never had any issues. Staff is efficient and facility is clean. I usually wait about an hour and a half so in total a visit is usually 2.5-3 hours total. Not bad for same day, walk in care!

The front desk staff is very friendly and kind. The facility is adequate and in good condition. The service providers were attentive and helpful. They had us in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be coming here for all of my urgent care needs moving forward. Highly recommend.

Extremely rude staff. Went there with a chest pain and stiffness in left side of the body. They said they can do EKG but I will have to go to the hospital for bloodwork. I asked if EKG will be able to tell anything, and the extremely rude nurse shouted that the only thing they will be able to tell is if you need to go to the hospital in an ambulance or if you can drive. Why would someone treat a patient coming in with severe conditions so rudely.

I visited Torrance Memorial Urgent Care in Lomita, California in severe lower abdominal pains and weakness, despite my insurance denial, I opted to pay out of pocket. Surprisingly i was charged $180 solely for a consultation. Subsequently, the nurse informed me that they do not administer medication or IV treatments. Given my conditions, I find it perplexing why I was charged such a high fee for a consultation devoid of any treatment. This experience has left me questioning whether I was indeed denied proper care or potentially discriminated against. It is alarming that a medical consultation would conclude without any form of medical advice or recommendations.

I walk in today. I had some wax in my ear Dr. Veronica. She is the best and also Ashley medical assistant she did excellent Job She removed all Wax for my boat ear which is my primary doctor MA not able to remove Veronica did by five minutes

I always have great care when I come here. Unfortunately, I'm not the luckiest person and have gone about six times in the last two years, but every time I do come, the doctors really listen and suggest at home care and not just a prescription. I've gone for extreme sunburn to having hair splinters and they know how to care for everything!
