Too bad Dr.Smith left I really enjoyed him as my doctor. I was not notified of the change and the doctor they gave me Dr. Presby was pushy and rude. I have 3 medical conditions that needs to be monitored I'm supposed to come in every 3 months but they never have doctors available for that. I have to have a primary doctor for my conditions I don't like seeing different doctors at every appointment. Plus I had to wait 6 months for my referrals, it's hard to get in touch with the referral department. I would love to know where Dr. Smith went.

Dr. Smith was a gem. I can understand why he didn't stay here long. His level of proficiency, professionalism, and standard of care didn't align with the haphazard, disorganized, and disjointed culture of this practice.

I stayed for a while after he left, but each visit was with a different provider, and none of them read my history. I spent most of the appointment catching them up instead of planning future next steps. I wasn't receiving continuity of care so I left.

Precilda at La Brea location is the kindest, most caring for patients! I’m diabetic and get dehydrated often and use up my water. So, when I asked her some water, she gave me extra water. Then, my next appointment, she offered me some water Voluntarily! Thank you so much! 🙂

Have been a member of their medical group for some time now and just in trying to get previous medications filled and make an appointment for a physical I was met with a hostile receptionist who made no attempt whatsoever at addressing my legitimate health concerns.

Edit: after getting a canned response on here from an office manager about reaching out to solve the issue, no effort has been made to actually address the concern. This place is a joke, find a better clinic. I certainly will be.

Terrible! Incompetent. I never got to see a dentist because they kept changing my appointment. I went there maybe in the spring to see a dentist and then I found out they have a chiropractor too. I didn't like the chiropractor because he damn near paralyzed me on the first visit! I may have missed my first dental appointment and then the dentist wasn't available the second time, on the third appointment they scheduled me for an off day (they were closed), on the 4th attempt in December they scheduled me for March! They said it's really hard for new patients to get in. Apparently!

This place is horrible. My daughter's appointment was at 3:45pm it is now 5pm and we are still waiting... by the way they close at 5:30pm. My daughter suffered a concussion about a month ago and despite the recommendations from Cedar Sinai ER doctors as well as doctors from her high school the doctor here refuses to give her a referral to a neurologist. Two weeks ago after calling them and explaining the severity they said they were mailing it to me... Two weeks later no referral. This is definitely the LAST time I am coming here. This is NOT a place where the patient comes first it's a place where the patient is treated less than because they're a medical patient. Disgusting!!!

I've been here a few times.
Doctor is very diligent and joyful and most of the staff are, too.
The receptionist could use a course on personal skills and if she is unhappy at her job then she should find a different line of work! Very unfriendly at reception and that's the only reason I didn't rate 5 stars.
