I love the staff. I'm disabled and I have a caregiver. The staff is good to my caregiver when she is picking up my prescriptions and have a pharmacist that is available to talk to if we have any questions. I like getting the text messages that let us know when I have prescriptions ready. I know I can always call with any questions. They have greeting cards and some gifts you can buy.

Never have I had a pharmacy, that provided such excellent service! Staff goes the extra mile to be sure my prescriptions are on time, refilled, and insurance cover or substituted. Their pharmacist is always very pleasant and informative, as is, the entire staff! They have NEVER been rude to me, regardless if they are extremely busy, or not.

This pharmacy is the best ever, and I will never go anywhere else. The feeling I get when I walk in the door or call on the phone everyone knows me personally, and that's such a comforting feeling. There isn't anything that Latimers could do to improve anything as a pharmacy they are absolutely amazing. They have our best interests at heart, and they go above and beyond to take care of all of us. They are the best anyone could ever ask for. Latimers is fantastic. It's fantastic because everyone who works there is very friendly and professional. They go out of their way to make sure you get your scripts on time every time. I love all the girls there. They are so nice.

I love all the girls. Everyone in there is super nice. I never have a problem getting my prescriptions. There's time I forget when they are due, and I will get a text message saying I have a prescription ready it's nice I will never change pharmacies unless I absolutely have to.

Had one not so good experience. I’ll write that off as just a bad day! We all have them.
For the most part Latimers is my go to pharmacy and has been since I was 7 years old. Happy with their service and professional friendly demeanor.
My prescriptions are always on time and without confusion. In fact I get a text when they have meds ready for me to pick up and respond back to me when I text an acknowledgment. That’s a refreshing bit of customer care I’d like to keep. Instead of In this day and age of getting a robot…”Please listen carefully as our options menu has changed.” So tired of that!

This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. They keep me up to date with my prescriptions, and most importantly, they keep my diabetic medications on hand, for me, during a nationwide shortage! Super friendly staff, they always great me with a friendly Hello!

The staff here are always so warm a knowlegable! They treat you like a friend and not a prescription. They are helpful and caring.
Service is also VERY fast. I can see my Dr in Redding and before I get home Latimers texts that my new script is ready! I just love them!!
