I was a little scared to go because of the reviews. Honestly they were so nice and kind to me. I felt very welcomed from reception down to the doctor. Great experience way batter than San Leandro.

Been coming here since 2010. It's gotten a lot better. At the front desk there's a worker by the name of Delia. Although I was 20 minutes late She was very ? understanding. She goes beyond the regular person that just checks people in on a daily basis. She was very friendly & professional . She just overall made my day better. She was able to schedule me in a phone apt. All worked out well. Also I want to give a shout out to Jesus who schedules new apts. He also was friendly,polite & very professional. Thanks to Y'all's Awemostis new employees .That makes a difference. The people feel more welcome at ease & not just overall pushed through like cattle. ?➕?

This place is the worst for preventing infections and disease amongst children !!

My almost 2 year old went here and was perfectly healthy, and comes back home with Hands mouth foot disease!

Their unsanitary children's "play area". Is the culprit for this!

My child shouldn't have to suffer from their lack of sanitation!

Please don't take your children here

The worst clinic of them all. If you want to see a doctor here, it’ll take not only 2 months, 4 MONTHS!!! Most doctor are empty mostly because they’ll literally go on vacation the days you reserved and it’s even more messier to wait even longer. Those who are thinking to change clinics, NEVER CHOOSE THIS ONE!! You deal with horrible front customer service, doctors will try to make any appointments to get canceled and really bad attitude and don’t care about your concerns. Best, an ex-patient of this horrifying clinic

Alright. I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am. I’ll admit, I came late 10 min but I stormed in and asked if I can make it to my appointment. Mind you I called the office twice about how I am going to be late due to traffic and they responded “just come in as soon as possible, if not you’re going to have to slide in at 2:15.” I feel relieved and excited to get this physical form signed and go to school right after. I sacrificed a lot for this appointment. This physical form was quite important to me because I waited all year to do track. But no, they just cancel my appointment and do nothing about it. They could’ve honestly just slide me in because it really just takes ten minutes to get the physical signed but I guess the office lady didn’t think the same. I know that it takes ten minutes because right after, I went to a different clinic and made the appointment on the same day and I got it signed in ten or fifteen minutes. Wow. Just wow. I waited all week for the appointment for the Tiburcio Vasquez Health center and they cancel me because I am 10 minutes late? :,( well anyway this is my story I don’t know what will happen to you guys in the future but in my opinion it really sucked 🙁 sorry for my bad paragraph

This is not a clinic. This feels more like a zoo. Every time you want to get an appointment, the next available appointment is going to be 40-60 days from the day of the reservation. It doesn’t matter if you need to see the doctor for something urgent or not. My mom has a severe back and knee pain. We booked an appointment in January for an appointment in March. Did the tests that the doctor recommended and then we had to wait ALL THE WAY TILL END OF MAY. 5 months wait just so the doctor can prescribe a cream for her that she can get off of the counter. Doctor Hardeep kaur had no care for my mom at all. One word RIDICULOUS!!

First no customer service Quality.
Second offer me an appointment 40 days from the day i called, really ?
I will change my doctor YES absolutely.

1- Hire professional Costumer Representatives to talk with people like human and value customers.

I don’t care about long time she offer me but its also a NO good satisfaction.

FYI LONG READ....I was asked to take a COVID test due to the symptoms I was having on 10/26/2020. Upon arrival I was given a number to notify the nurses. Before you take the test the nurse advises you that she will be swabbing (nostrils) twice. One will be tested at Tiburcio while the other is sent to Quest Diagnostics. Tiburcio will provide results in 30min, as for Quest Diagnostics 3-5 days. What I got from the representative who provided my results in 30min that even though my test came back negative Quest Diagnostics results are more accurate therefore self quarantine in the meantime. Fast forward to 11/2/2020, I received a call from a nurse stating my results came back negative, BEST NEWS TO RECEIVE after being in quarantine for about a week. BTW the staff there are amazing and will do anything to help in the best way they can. HOWEVER the clinic has a poor choice of some not all physicians. I went to medical records soon after I received the call. Per documents Dr Sonja received my test results on 10/29, no phone call received in regards to my test results. Clearly printed above one of the documents Dr Sonja notes were entered 11/1/2020 please notify pt (patient) of results. I could of returned to work sooner had I received these results in time. Today is 11/3/2020 and I’m going back and forth with the physician to be excused for the remaining days I have been out of work. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED with the physician performance. Looking into another provider to avoid another mishap.
