Hi I went to tian in 2004 I have MS.she has stablelized my heath. I felt really good going to her. Then I stopped seeing her for about 23 years. I got into a bike car accident
Then I went back to her in 2023. I am feeling really good now. My back hurts sometimes and she has helped me to feel better. I can trust her with my ailment ad and I feel good. I will continue to see her. She listens to u and what is hurting . I feel so good after I see her. Thank you Tian!💜 love Laura

I prepaid for a 40 pack of acupuncture treatments at Tian Chao, and after around 30 sessions I decided that I no longer wanted to receive treatment there, and unfortunately have been refused a refund for my remaining sessions. Although they had a couple good acupuncturists on staff (who left the practice in the time I was being treated) I found Tian, the owner, to be unresponsive to my requests for certain simple accommodations and did not feel comfortable continuing to be treated by her. In my experience, she was usually quite rushed. She rarely asked anything more than a brisk “how are you today?” at the beginning of the session, rarely took my pulse or looked at my tongue, rarely explained what she would be doing (even if it was a treatment we’d never done before), and almost always forgot to remove several needles from my body after treatment. I understand that it’s normal for an acupuncturist to miss a needle every now and then, but leaving 1-3 in every session didn’t feel acceptable to me. I asked for several of my concerns to be addressed and didn’t see any changes in my treatment from Tian (the other practitioners were more responsive, but as I mentioned above they have since left the practice). When I asked for a refund for the remaining sessions, they said that they couldn’t give me a refund, despite what to me seems like confusing language on their packages. I walked away from almost $600 worth of prepaid sessions because I dislike being treated by Tian so much. I would recommend doing several sessions before committing to a larger package, and follow your gut in terms of whether her treatment style works for you.

After 11 months of worsening cancer I found current research at the NIH that said that TCM and acupuncture were effective treatment. Four months of treatment at Tian Chao and all my labs came back NORMAL. Radical remission! My oncologist is beyond puzzled since the genetics tests came back with a bad survival rate up to 5 years. Dr. Li and Zhang fixed my diabetes, asthma, bowel function and extensive osteoarthritis too.

Tian and her staff are wonderful. I look forward to coming here every time and can’t wait to come back after I leave. Acupuncture and the accompanying treatments have helped me immensely in my healing journey. This is the BEST place to come for knowledgeable care with specialized herbal products to improve and enhance your health. I enjoy it so much I even got my 8 year old daughter to try it out. (There is a special rate for children.)100% worth every penny I’ve spent. Try it out, if your heart is open I can promise you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!!!

After almost a year of infertility, I went to Tian Chao Herbs and Acupuncture. After 3 months of various treatments, I finally became pregnant! I'm 38 weeks pregnant and expecting a little one to join us any day now! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their packages are reasonably priced too. I highly recommend them.

In comparison to only three other acupuncturists I've been to, this was the worst. Tian was nice enough (to make the sale). The prices are so sky high for what they offer it felt scammed. They never told me they were also going to charge me for the consulation. I stayed on the table for 30min. They said ring a bell if you need anything. I rang because one of the needles bothered me, but no one showed. While Tian was the one who did the consult, the acupuncture was performed by some young lady who was mechanical with no bed side manner. I've paid way less before for much better services from trully caring doctors. This just didn't feel like the right place to be returning and spending so much money.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Tian’s. I enjoyed my initial consult with her. It’s obvious she has the experience and knowledge to get people on the right path. I’ve been working closely with Jamie and I am always super impressed with her knowledge and expertise as well. Jamie does a great job of checking in and following up to see how the treatments are impacting your body. She is also very patient when it comes to all of my questions and she is happy to answer them. I always look forward to my appointments because I do truly leave feeling lighter, happier and healthier. The front desk staff are also very helpful. They are always happy to remind me of my appointment schedule even though there’s a very convenient online portal with all of that info that clients get access to. In summary, Tian has a good crew and it makes for an enjoyable experience overall. Check them out!
