Tracy Moore saw me today and as in every time she has seen me, has been so professional and caring. I feel like when I am in her care I am with the best doctor I could ever want. She is spot on in any treatment I have ever needed. She is certainly a very big bonus to your staff, but I am sure you already know that. The village healthcare, nothing but problems to get medication. It starts out having good insurance, seeing the doctor first then two weeks later the practitioner and Setting the next appointment for six months. Then turned 65 and renewed my insurance with same company different policy, and of course, made sure the doctors that I was seeing excepted the new policy but to my surprise when we called the doctor, they told us they did not except that insurance policy now as you know open enrollment is only once a year so I felt that I had until my next visit to find new doctor or try to change my insurance, well, Dr. Flores and his practitioner, Lindsay have decided to only give me one month worth of medication and kick me loose. Now remind you, I did not drop them as my doctor I can pay cash, but they told me they would not accept cash, only insurance. Aren’t they still my doctor until my next visit? my previous insurance covered my well visit two months ago, why are they refusing my medication until then. At next year‘s enrollment, I was going to switch plans and get them back but after this incident, I don’t think they care about their patients. They only care about the money. Excellent service.Our nurse practitioner Anna-Marie provided super service, informing us of every step while assuring us & getting rid of apprehensions & fears. She took care of issuing the needed scrip & making sure it was available immediately. All personnel involved were fast, accurate & extremely professional. From the moment I stepped into the building, I was greeted and made to feel welcomed by everyone in the front. Once I was called back to see Dr. Patel, her assistant was very attentive and nice Throughout her assessment. Dr. Patel is probably the most patient and thorough doctor I have never been to. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses n doctors are very caring n supportive. Never ever as long as I have been going there do I ever have to wait long to be seen.great to know that they value my time also. Also u don't have to go to another facility to get your blood drawn.
