This is the cutest shop with an excellent selection of products, and good prices / first time patient discounts. Tons of edibles and gummies. High quality 1/8ths to choose from and concentrates at various price points. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I Highly recommend this shop! Good parking too and easily accessible

Prices change from online ordering. Don't bother wasting your time going there. Taxes aren't included, and they say free when ordering online. I feel duped, but that's what happens when you cheat on your regular spot. Phenotopia is the spot in SR.

It truly is a sweet spot, good overall experience.

The prices aren't crazy thankfully for what feels like an upscale dispensary. A wide selection of products, variances, and types with a lot of name brands and a few local sources. Would recommend to bargain hunters and connoisseurs alike. Definitely give this place a visit. 20% off first time customers, just saying 😏

Staff wasn't very engaging but that's not a negative for some or experienced customers. I was given ample time to make my decision without feeling rushed or unwelcomed. Friendly and respectful

My only negative, and this is personal, was the music was a bit too loud for my liking. It may be overstimulating for more sensitive visitors.
I also wished there was a lounge but sadly no.

I love going to the sweet spot. The entire experience is spot on. The location has lots of parking. The customer service is excellent; staff are very friendly and gave me some great recommendations from their large selection of products. Prices are super reasonable too, especially during happy hour, so make sure to swing by to get a good deal.

EASILY the best prices in easy driving distance. Especially for the quality. The staff really helped me out too. Pointed out their deals and man...the stuff they have on sale is *chef's kiss* superb! Rare to find bottom shelf that's mid at least. Also walked with a top shelf 8th that left me good all night. You've won my business
