I hate I have to give a bad review but after having several bad experiences in a row I have to. I have no problem with the products you sell or the products that y'all grow yourself. In fact I think y'all have the best products in town. I also believe you all have the best prices in town. When I first started going here 2 years ago y'all had a lot of knowledgeable Bud tenders. Those days are gone. If you ask a question you get a blank stare or just an I don't know. I mean why are these people trying the things they're selling? They should be able to tell me about the in of the flow stuff at least. But the problem I see is the employees. The managers are still just as nice as they ever were now how they are on the back end I don't know. I do know that the turnover rate has seemed very high. I don't go to the other places because they're not knowledgeable or nice or treat me like they're glad I came in. That used to be the experience I had here but now I find myself only coming here because it's deli style and the price. Time before last I had a girl talk to me like she was my Superior when she jumped at me " you can't have that phone" while I'm looking at prices of their stuff. My points not whether phones are permitted or not I could care less just make it clear. It just could have been handled better. People are dealing with customers they need to learn customer service skills. Like tonight we came in there and wanted a certain amount of shake. After counting our money we decided to get more. The person act obviously irritated they said at first that "it would be a big deal they would have to" and then they stopped in the middle of their sentence. When they started counting out they started throwing all kinds of twigs in there. I get it you're buying shake there's going to be twigs in there but I also have enough common sense to watch when someone's picking out twigs to put in there. I know this sounds Petty believe me I feel the same way. Don't act like your employees aren't vengeful like everybody else. I made them mad and they thought they could get me back by giving me a gram of sticks. That's all right I come in there every week I'm going to start giving weekly reviews. We'll see if that makes the difference in how I'm treated. And like I say it's not the front counter I've just had a bad run of budtenders. And it's a shame because I'm easy to get along with and I try to get along with everybody I just don't understand this angry society we live in where customer service is something that they Grant you rather than what you should expect when you go into a place.

I love the deli style I've been coming to the source since 2019! They have been improving over the years and with the new building it seems they have reached even new heights of bringing medical cannabis to those that need it. Please if you have your Arkansas med card stop by here and enjoy yourself

Always friendly and knowledgeable. The staff is great I go in tell them what I am looking for and they provide excellent choices for me. Ordering on line is excellent they always have the correct order waiting for me.

I don't use this store I take my wife she had cancer.so I've never been inside but she is happy she say they are always friendly and nice . And has a nice layout and clean .

Hate to say it, but this place has gone downhill in the past year. Staff are seldom friendly anymore, prices aren't great and you get a lot of very mediocre bud. Vapes are always short too, especially their local "apothecary" brand.

Suggest you make the drive out to Releaf Center, if not for the better bud but also the much friendlier budtenders.

Place is great. They typically have two pickups and quite a few cashier's so it's always pretty quick. Staff have always been super friendly and knowledgeable, they don't make you feel rushed to get your stuff and get out. Excellent vibes, nothing negative to add.

Oh man! Zach, the manager, just took such good care of me when there was a mix up! I haven't ever experienced such kindness at any other dispensaries in Arkansas or out of state when this has happened. Also, this is the only buffet style dispensary, and has always been my top favorite. The Source has top tier flowers and the budtenders and staff are the happiest. I feel like they have formed a family bond, and they don't ever feel too rushed, even on crazy-busy holidays--which really reflects on how they interact with us patients. The organization and care the employees put into their work really shows within this company. I am very happy with The Source and have been a long time patient and customer. I will keep coming back! Shout out to Morgan!

Everybody is always so kind and patient when answering questions. I’ve never felt rushed when shopping in-store. It’s always clean, welcoming, and such a positive experience.
