Worst Pharmacy I've ever encountered in my life. My doctor send my prescription here. Pharmacy called me and told me my prescription was ready with a copay of $36. I mentioned to the person on the phone that I have a secondary insurance. She said if she did that if she did that, they would have to do a whole new prior authorization. I said that's not true. With an attitude she put me on hold and a different person got on the phone. The other person was worst, she seemed angry and asked me for my secondary insurance info. I gave it to her and again, she puts me on hold for a few minutes comes back and with an attitude says okay your copay is $0........ I was amazed at how upset they are for having to do their job. My goodness if you're unhappy working there it's probably time to move on elsewhere. I will stick to retail pharmacy

Absolutely NOT the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, I’ve been to much, much worse. I’ve been using the prescription center for about a year now and I’ve had zero issues. The people working here have always been very kind and professional. And I love that it’s located next to Guisados, so I get to pick up my prescription and some amazing tacos and horchata

Very greedy pharmacy. Refuses to take coupons because they "loose" money. They're not selling the drugs for cost. If CVS has it, i recommend going there. I am for small business, but not at the cost of my health! Gross and greedy.

I called in, we had a discussion where I gave them my information and my prescription, then they put me on hold, the person would then answer again as if they had not talked to me, and we would have the same discussion again. This happened 3 more times, for a total of 4 times, and I was on hold over 30 minutes. The 5th time I was what we can do to make sure this didn't happen again, and I was ignored, and asked to have the same discussion. When I said I need to make sure this doesn't happen again, I was told I was free to take my business elsewhere, so that is what I will do.

Terrible terrible service. Waited 45 plus minutes for a prescription that was called in before I even walked in the door. I was ignored by the staff in the front and felt I was being mocked the whole time. Super rude staff.

I urge you to go somewhere else for your prescriptions, they gave me the wrong medication(!!!) and I didn’t realize till I got home. When I called to tell them I had the wrong prescription they had an attitude towards me and told me that the correct prescription was declined by my insurance. I called it into another pharmacy and it was immediately approved, way cheaper than this pharmacy, and so much faster and more convenient.

Also, they only validate parking for 15 minutes and I had to wait longer than that to get the (wrong) medication.

This is the only pharmacy that takes the time to work with my insurance on a tricky prescription. They always fill the prescription quickly and kindly, with the pharmacist available and happy to help me answer all of my questions. Grateful for them!
