How many times have you been given an appointment with a doctor and told to arrive early then have to wait for 30-45 minutes for a consultation that lasts for 5 minutes with a doctor who only writes out prescriptions?
When I first did a search for a doctor in SLO, I read the reviews and the only negative reviews I saw for Dr. Lapidus were from people who were not accepted as a patient because she could not accept anymore patients and continue to provide quality service. She is the most knowledgeable medical practitioner I have ever met. What differentiates her from other doctors is that she truly believes in lifelong learning and she applies what she learns to help cure her patients. When I got home from my visit yesterday, I had an email from her office inviting me to access her new patient portal that contains information from all of your visits making her practice transparent and informative. Visit her office today to discover the difference a caring and knowledgeable doctor can make in your life.

Came here for a treatment and was told what the price would be on the phone, when I got there even the nurse who was performing the procedure said the same price, but when it came time to pay somehow the price increased which was outrageous, but the worse was how unprepared the staff was. Took over a hour because they had to get the tools ready when it should've been since I booked the appointment for this procedure and checking in took over 20 minutes as well. I came here to seek a solution and felt taken advantage of. I've called about the price increase on what I was told and the front desk promised to call me back and have it sorted out, guess what they never called back and it's been weeks. So with that said this is the worse place to come for treatments and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Dr Lapidus had a shared practice with a chiropractor with whom I was a patient. When they decided to not be partners anymore Lapidus took my medical records which I had to pay $30 to get back for the chiropractor. I was never Lapidus’ patient. Poor business practice.
