Place does the job, but I am not a fan. Their setup is super weird, I walk in and basically get stuck with the front desk guy, it feels like I can't go in and browse. First time I came in was a while ago looking for a specific brand and was treated to a rather condescending lecture by a guy who was probably not even born when I started smoking. OK, whatever. Today I called them to look for another very specific thing type of gummy. I made sure that I was clear what I was looking for because there are two types of the same product - one with THC, one without. Whoever was manning the phone assured me that yes, they carry both varieties. Great, I come in to the shop to buy it and gets stuck with the front desk guy again who insists that I misheard, they only have what's on the website, refuses to ask anyone else in the store to find the person I was talking to or maybe ask for clarification. So yes, I don't think I will come back.

This is such a great place, I absolutely love going in here because every time I do it reminds me of an upscale excuse me very upscale boutique. Today was no different. I made my online order and went to pick it up. Jason greeted me as soon as myself, and my guide dog walked through the door with a smile And a wonderful welcome very professional and very helpful. Jason you had a lot of information and I am definitely interested to continue on our conversation. Next time I come in thank you so much and thank you for having such wonderful practices.

Always love going in and seeing Richard and Jason! A lot of my friends from home are budtenders, even if I wasn’t buying anything I’d often stop by during slow hours and talk to my friends, coming to Berkeley I was shocked how fast it felt like I was already friends with everyone on staff! They always treat my partner and I fantastic, hook us up when great deals are going on, and are never afraid to say hi when we see everyone out and about on telegraph. I love all our storefronts here in Berkeley, but the apothecarium has always been my go to spot.

She actually saved a long trip from Dublin to Berkeley. Parking was horrible and it was close to closing. She told me to double park and she’d have my order ready at the front counter which was a true blessing. Thanks again. I was completely out of my 40:1 .

Pamela was very helpful very considerate, warm and charming too. I’m not all that familiar with the different products even though I have bought certain ones in the past and she guided me towards picking the correct products for me and The way I use them. And I’m very satisfied with what I got.
