My pre-teen daughter had been prescribed an injectable medication to help her diabetes but was too afraid of the needles. Bella at TFC Pharmacy was the only pharmacist who didn’t ‘poo poo’ her legitimate fears and investigated alternative ways to administer this life altering medicine. For several months, due to Bella’s caring, professional and smart instincts, my daughter has been taking her daily medication (via a different route) and is no longer pre-diabetic! My family is indebted to Bella for discovering how to help our child get well. I’ve never known a pharmacy that gives such personal attention. No more chain pharmacies for us.

Funny thing. I just deleted my five star review. That was about 4 to 5 years ago. A few months ago Bella made a mistake. My doctor wrote a [prescription for 60 tablets. Within days he increased the dosage to include another thirty tablets. Total of 90 tablets for the month. Now, I picked the 60 tablets and was to pick up the remaining 30 when I came back later in the month. How did I end up with 60 PLUS 90 when I returned later in the month? If I didn't have BOTH prescription bottles she would have denied giving me the original 60 pills altogether. So in essence she dispensed 150 pills with a 90 day prescription. SHE REFUSED TO ADMIT SHE WAS WRONG. That did it for me. Also, since I've taken my business elsewhere I am spending less than 20 bucks for my medications. I don't know how I was spending 30 to 40 there easily. Definitely glad to save the money. Silver lining.

Best pharmacy ever. They are personable, quick and efficient, answer questions without rushing, explain products and medications, compound for pets too. Bella the pharmacist's and compounder, knows her stuff. The staff are very helpful and always polite.

I went from using a chain pharmacy that I absolutely dreaded dealing with to having a pharmacist who knows my name when I walk through the door. When picking up my meds today, another customer came in and said, "Oh it's Bella's (the pharmacist's) birthday!" There is really something to be said about getting services from and supporting a neighborhood business like this. They always fill my meds on time and go out of their way to smooth out any wrinkles with the doctor so that I don't have to deal with anything. They're the best!

What a relief to find a pharmacy that gives you excellent service and you don’t have to stand in long lines waiting to pick up your prescription. Bella and her staff are excellent! She will speak with you at length and answer any questions you have about your medications. My whole pharmacy experience has changed completely and I no longer dread ordering or picking up my prescription.
