Although Teplow Drugs was clean and well organized the staff were "dry" at best, not unfriendly but not exactly friendly either. I only ended up in the store because I needed something to drink in a hurry and they were the closest establishment that I knew would have a beverage of some sort and they did however the selection was very poor and poorly stocked too and when it came time to pay, the 2 employees sitting directly in front of me took several minutes to address my purchase (while doing nothing and continued doing nothing until my purchase got rang up) and I'm unsure as to why since the girl behind the window wasn't doing anything when I walked up to pay and didn't address anything while I waited for her to ring me up...then there seemed to be some confusion on the price of my purchase and in my opinion the price was guessed... So I don't know if I over paid or scored (though my drink was priced at an average price in comparison to other retailers) and overall a gigantic lack of customer service period. I've never used them for prescriptions in the past and I absolutely won't be sending my medications to them in any coming further ahead. Thank goodness I was able to get that experience with them before looking for a pharmacy for any prescription medication in the future because if I were dealing with medication and that was my existence I would have been Pee-O'ed and an angrer version of this review would have been in place of this one... And this one isn't bad, disappointed and dissatisfied, yes, however, not angry and I think that's better. LoL. I do hope others have had a better experience with Teplow Drugs than myself.

After years and years of using Rite Aid and there ALWAYS being an issue I changed to Teplow's about 6 months ago and I am so glad I did. Teplow's is FANTASTIC. They will work with your doctor directly without having to be told to, if something is out of stock they will get it for you as fast as they can. They always answer their phone and don't put you on hold forever. It doesn't take them hours and hours to fill a prescription. Their customer service is AMAZING!!!!

Had to call multiple times about prescriptions not transferred. Poor acceptance of responsibility Horrible at following through with fix issues. Rep Jessica was rude spoke over me multiple times without allowing me to voice my concerns. Was Hung up while in a 3-way call with IEHP pharmacy rep. was rudely told to find another pharmacy. very poor customer service. when calling to speak with the manger to address the concern and issue from the phone call was hung up and while still on the phone Teplow drugs refused to accept the call.

They Always have my prescription filled and ready all the time no matter what. Staff is very professional, nice and good at what they do.
