I'm a customer who has spent a lot of money in this store. Today I simply told Danny to re-check the pricing on the soap I purchased. And this guy blew up!! He was like "Girl I did not cheat you" He was very emotional!!!! I did not even yell at him. I just said I think you cheated me? And he did. He over charged me and then would not give me a refund. Because the manager was out. Look, this is not personal. I just go to this store for the deals. Show some appreciation. This is the 2nd time I've been over charged at this shop. This is a racist store!

been coming here ever since i moved to lb store quality is rapidly decreasing as prices continue to rise... misleding advertisement or poor atention to detail idk i got items from a wall section where they were all
1 dllr. eac as well as obviously the product i chosed...... tho they scan for 1.50 thats is a .50 unintentional spending.. when i brought that to managers atention she imediately mounted her "no" horse rather than seing my perspective and denied any store responsibility to refund me the money for the several items... my brother and my self will not be bringing our bussines here any more for those and many other reasons including the water machine not delivering your change and numeros hazads due to open boxes inventory left unatended on the floors... its not the money its the principle and how you treat others attitude is key.....Alisa or whatever your name was keep your 2.50 lose 2 costummers that live on elm...

Owner of pharmacy is professional and definitely cares about his staff giving greater customer service than most private sector ownership...the staff is busy with my order Improvements seen from the opening ceremony to NOW are seen and appreciated...the intouch basis is awesome so my doctor's office can email the refills as needed if arise from visit have changes or need new orders ...the crew grew and i recommend you give them your business opportunities

I like this place, the manager who looks like Ben Afleck and his staff are always super nice, even minutes before closing. Wish they stayed open til 9 or opened earlier!

They consistently are late or they dont automatically refill as requested time and time again. Last time, late again and prescription was left on the ground in the hot sun. Never again ten!
