Such a memorable experience and gorgeous facilities! I received the 4 hand massage treatment and would return in an instant. The fresh banana bread with ghee I received after the treatment was incredible as well!

I drove a long way for my appointment and took the day off for some much needed self-care. The receptionist could not have been more incompetent and condescending. She made it all be “my” fault because she was unable to approach the problem cooperatively. She said that my appointment was for another day even though I know when my travel dates were to Santa Monica. No real apology. Lost day of work. Stressful drive. All I was offered was a loaf of stale bread. .. and a lot of, “do you want to rebook?”

Unbelievably terrible customer service. I would expect that for the price, you could work with your client to find an amenable solution. Not blame. Ridiculous.

The Surya skincare discovery set might be the greatest gift I've received in a long time. Each product feels well crafted and the packaging is beautiful.
