I purchased this cultured kitchen coconut yogurt. I ate a little , put it in the fridge. Ate a little more the next day. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the mold on the inner lid. I notified the store. I didn’t keep the receipt. The response received from management was I needed to bring it in and if there’s mold they will exchange for the same product. I declined. I’m unwilling to trust this product. I refused to spend anymore of my time over $10.00 and assured the store I will share with the public to be fair to the consumers. Keep your receipts and check the food thoroughly when it’s in their refrigerator.

I’ve passed by this place dozens of times in the last 6 months and always meant to stop in. Wow, I’m so glad I finally did! This will definitely be my new “go to” place for supplements and herbal remedies and anything else health specialty related.

I had no idea we have SUCH a great store in this area with one of the most diverse arrays of vitamins, minerals and supplement options etc. The number of options and the quality of brands far surpasses what I have seen in most health food stores throughout the U.S. If you’re looking for something unique/specific, it’s likely they carry it. I’m just sorry I didn’t find this place sooner. The prices are also quite reasonable which was a nice surprise.

Parking can be tricky in this small shopping center but it’s worth the wait — or just go midweek when there are less crowds in general.

The answer machine says if your calling from a touch tone phone press zero for assistance. I tapped zero, the machine said that was an incorrect entry?! I tried multiple times & same thing. Why don't they simply fix, I mean it can't be that hard.

Sadly my last experience here wasn't ideal which is unfortunate since previous ones have been much nicer for the most part. It's mostly two males I've had negative experiences with but on my last one it was an older female as well. The employees I had a negative experience with on my last visit had to make an effort to pull themselves away from chatting with each other to help me with my search it seemed every time I needed help and with the female it's like her focus was on her job and not actually being helpful personally. It was to the point where I had to ask them if they worked there before I could ask for help.

The register employees have always been friendly to me from my recollection. I appreciate that, sad to give low stars for the others behavior even though theirs is kind, professional and helpful.

I reached out to the business today, hoping to inquire about their products and ongoing promotions. I was unfortunate enough to interact with a staff member, seemingly a male in his 40s, who demonstrated a severe lack of interest in addressing my queries or facilitating my intended purchase. Instead, he persistently urged me to visit the store to finalize the transaction. Disappointingly, he capped off the conversation with an incredibly disrespectful comment before abruptly disconnecting the call. It was a shocking experience and left me questioning the business's decision to retain such an individual on their team. This is the treatment you might anticipate if you attempt to contact their customer service.

I'm willing to provide further specifics to the business owner about this incident. This employee's conduct not only tarnishes your establishment's reputation, but it also could be detrimental to your business due to his offensive behavior.

With regret, I must discourage others from patronizing Sunrise Natural Foods. The staff training appears to be woefully inadequate, with impolite customer service, and an apparent disregard for their clientele. Considering the numerous superior competitors in the vicinity, there's simply no justification for enduring such conduct.
