I recently purchased the Sunny Health and Fitness Squat Machine, and I love everything about it. This machine arrived quickly, was easy to put together, and easy to use. I did have to contact customer service regarding a missing screw, and they were awesome. I highly recommend this machine for strengthening your entire body.

REF: SF-E3911 small elliptical

I was looking for a home elliptical for a long time, but have always hesitated because they were huge, heavy, & costly. That's not until I stumbled onto this Sunny Health SF-E3911 small/compact elliptical.

It is currently on sale (10/23/2024) at Amazon for $249. Go to Amazon & search on "Sunny SF-E3911".

I have just over 1,500 miles on it and still loving it.
It is SMALL/COMPACT, QUIET, & gives me a good workout!

My ultimate goal is to do 10,000 miles (1,000 miles each year).

The journey here did have ONE issue - the stepper pulleys/rollers are a high wear item (just like tires on your car) and needs to be replaced when worn. This would be true of any elliptical using rubber pulleys/rollers.

That's it - just the stepper pulleys (rollers) getting worn. No other problems!!!

Whenever I need replacement pulleys/rollers - I contact Sunny Health Support & buy them. Sunny Health Support were always courteous & expedient. I receive the replacement parts in about 10 days or so.

Replacing the pulleys/rollers was easy. Only needed the allen/hex wrench (supplied to assemble the elliptical) & a 11/16" box wrench.

My daughter also bought the same one for her home. 🙂

If I could give zero stars, I would. I got a Sunny rower for Christmas and within 2 months, it was already broken-no resistance when pulling on the handlebar. After speaking to the technical “specialists” on many many occasions over several months, the issue is still NOT RESOLVED. They have sent part after part for us to replace. We have taken apart and put this rower back together THREE TIMES. Of course, they were the wrong parts, so the issue remains. THEN the technician asked for more money to replace the entire frame like we would give this asinine company more money. Absolutely absurd. Sucks to have to throw this lovely machine in the trash, but it’s absolutely useless now

I bought a recumbent exercise bike. It was $600 cheaper than most.. however it was not as it is advertised on their website. It's difficult to use and I can only program it correctly with my iPhone. It's not bad because it does the job I need it too. However, I've only had it for about a month.. we'll see. I'm 50/50 so far. Choose wisely

We bought an obsidian surge rower from this company. My wife bought it online. It was shipped missing bolts and screws, so it sat for a couple months until I had time to go to the hardware store and find replacement ones bc when I contacted support with photos and serial number, they also demanded that I provide proof of purchase and my wife couldn't remember where she bought it.
After I got the bolts and screws I needed from the hardware store and put it together, the water container for the hydro rower leaked all over because, unbeknownst to me, they had already sent us one that was not just missing bolts, but had a giant crack in the water container. I'm stuck trying to glue and caulk it together because this thing was really expensive. Once again they refused to send us a replacement because we can't find our proof of purchase. I will never, ever purchase any fitness equipment from this company again.

I think this is only the second review I’ve ever written, but the outstanding help that I received from the Sunny Fitness Support team, especially Hugo and Carlos, was worthy of a review. Their help was incredible! I have a Sunny Fitness treadmill SF-T4400 Motorized Treadmill, that I purchased a few years back. It’s been such a gift to my health and well being, mentally and physically. I use it 5 days a week and the benefits are huge!! Saw me through the loss of my father, still helps me through the grief. The treadmill began to have electric issues a few months back, a faulty wire. I live at the coast and items rust easily, I don’t know what the exact cause, regardless, the support that I received to bring it back to life, was over and beyond what I expected! I was walked, (pun intended) through how to change the wires, sent a video on the steps, every aspect that was needed to bring my treadmill back to life was covered! it actually was an easy fix! I commend Sunny Fitness for hiring such outstanding humans; capable, knowledgable, solution oriented, as well as kind, compassionate and patient as I sorted through what was wrong and how to fix it. Their service was prompt, attention to emails immediate, replacement products timely. Not only is the treadmill up and running, it didn’t end up in a landfill, taking unnecessary space! Success all the way around! They said, "Our #1 priority is helping customers remain happy and healthy!” they proved they do just that. Sunny Fitness equipment will continue to be my go to fitness equipment because of this extraordinary service and my wonderful experience with their support team. Thank you Sunny Fitness and Carlos and Hugo!!

Needed an exercise bike that has all the features and benefits of gym equipment without the cost. Found the perfect bike that has seat adjustment, comfortable seat cushion for long work outs, and comfortable handlebars with different position options. It is very sturdy when riding at full speed, comes with a manual and was easy to setup. A friend had told me upright bikes are great for cardiovascular exercise while being gentle on my knees and legs with low impact movements. I look forward to getting additional exercise equipment to create a small home gym.

I purchased a treadmill from Sunny, delivery was fine, setup was easy, however the incline function was not working. I called their support and the phone was answered in less than a minute on hold. RJ from support was reassuring and professional. He created a ticket and handled all the email communication throughout the support process which was helpful, and provided video instructions where needed. We got the incline function working after a bit of troubleshooting and back and forth, which ended up just being a wire that had come unplugged.

Unfortunate that the issue happened at all, but it happens and support's response was excellent. Thanks RJ!
