I have no clue how they seem to have such good reviews. I would not recommend. As I bin with them 4 years or better. They get worse each year. Apsalutly no regard for anyone's time. Disabled on a fixed income. They are a hour away. My script is called in each month. I still call to confirm. This morning. Hour drive. It's not ready yet. Wait 30 min in truck. Go to window. For them to hand me 12 pills. When supposed to be 90. Each trip is $20 in gas not included my time. Now Have town spend another $20. Another 2 hour drive. To get my meds. I know record. When I go there. Cause I am filing a complaint. I can't afford to let them do me like this now a year later. Same problem. My srcrip is always called in. And they have never 1 time has it ready for pic up. a 1 hour drive round trip. Today. To be handed 6 pills out of 90. If that’s not bad enough. They can not even count. Pills correctly. And pics don’t lie.

I recently switched from Walgreens and am extremely pleased with Sullivan's. They are fast, friendly, helpful. I highly recommend.

Called the pharmacy late yesterday afternoon to check availability of a pain reducing drug my Dr @ NARMC prescribed following some knee surgery.
I was totally shocked by their response! Yes we have it, however, to get it you will have to transfer all your other prescriptions to us. This was a totally unacceptable response in my estimation and totally unethical.

I have been on the exact same 4 prescriptions for over 8 yrs. I have been with Sullivan's for over 2 yrs. At least 10 times a year they have messed up my monthly order. The price is either wrong or they do not have all 4 of my prescriptions. This month they gave me someone else's prescription (hippa violation). I will be changing pharmacy's.

Constantly does not have enough meds for prescriptions. Always owing meds but never contacting when they have it. My mom had surgery and needed an important med. They only gave her 4 of the 7 required and never said that. Then by time we realized it they were closed for the weekend. You should have called when they got the other 3 in but did not. It's a constant problem.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy, every month we go round and round with my kids adhd meds. They E script 3 months of her meds but every time we pick it up it’s not ready or it needs a authorization they claim. We called it in Monday nobody from the office called us with a problem. I went to pick it up Tuesday they told me it needed a authorization to call dr. Wife goes in today Wednesday turns out they had it at the pharmacy the entire time. Don’t waste your time with these people we are switching all our kids to Nikki’s hometown pharmacy

Today we were number 13 in line to pick up prescriptions. For months now the lobby is closed and you have to use single lane drive up.

They think of themselves first. It shows in everything they do. They are not customer oriented at all.

They made decisions putting themselves between us and the insurance causing my wife to pay a lot more. When confronted, all they could say was they just “assumed” that’s the way we wanted it.

We just told another pharmacy to pull all of our prescriptions from Sullivan’s. They are the worst pharmacy in all of Harrison—bar none!
