Love the stuff always nice, friendly and professional. Unfortunately you always have to wait a long time sometimes even 55 minutes for the provider, doctor, nurse practitioner to see you.

My 5 year old kiddo fell off the hotel bed and popped her elbow out of the socket (an old injury that happens every few years) - we were worried since we were in a different state and in a very sparsely populated area. But this little clinic was amazing! The doctor had a great bedside manner and fixed her up while distracting her, the nurses were all very sweet, and they even sent her home with a little waiting room kit of goodies so she could play with stickers and a little doll.

Ismael Cota FNP wouldn't write a new prescription for my HRT and told me to see someone else. The closest town with a doctor's office is an hour away. I've been on this medication for nearly 8 years now. Such a waste of time. 6 months ago he wrote a prescription for me, but now he won't. They were able to do blood work before, but he told me to see an endocrinologist to get a new prescription. My medication isn't pain meds or anything. I think he's a transphobe and not willing to do a little research for a patient if has no experience. It's a tiny town and I have no car. Thank for making my life difficult. Zero stars. Don't waste your time and just go somewhere else. Best part of this was it happened right before Christmas. Merry Christmas Ismael you messed up little man.

Horrible clinic! Went in there 4 months ago for a physical and was promised a prescription for a 'hair pill' (Propecia) for the next year, only to try and refill my prescription 3 months later and was told that the physician I saw doesn't work there anymore...

So now they state that they can only refill my prescription up to 6 months after they already assured me they were going to refill it for a year. So I asked to talk to the physician, who wouldn't even let me tell my side of the story, so I got angry... Then she decided she isn't going to refill my prescription at all!

This is a medication for my hair, folks! This is not a dangerous substance or an abused substance. It's only purpose is to keep the hair I have and grow new hair. Yet I have to go through hoops every time just to get my prescription refilled for the year... While doctors hand out pain pill prescriptions like they are candy and create a huge epidemic in this country just so they can fill their pockets!!!

Shame on you for not refilling my prescription over your own personal reasons! You are not a doctor! You are a scam artist who thinks that holding someone's medication over their head is an o.k. practice! I don't know how you look in the mirror in the morning!

Your job is to provide care to the public and you failed miserably at this simple task! The reason I get animated over the phone is because of people like you who actually think your ego is more important than the oath you took! Shame on you and I can see why you work in a small town clinic, which was filthy by the way, and where doctors seem to quit routinely... Because people like you can only survive in these small towns... In the real world, no one would put up with your corrupt practices...

Avoid this clinic at all costs! It's filthy, the staff is egotistical and delusional... Wish I never stepped foot in the place!

UPDATE:

So I guess the doctor had second thoughts about holding my medication over my head and is now going to honor two months worth of a prescription. The problem is that the clinic promised a year worth of prescriptions when I came in for my physical.

I am tired of being lied to! This may be o.k. for our leaders to do and our employers yet I will not tolerate it from our medical field, which is already a complete mess!

So, after I get my two months prescription, I will be contacting the original doctor who promised me the prescription for a year. He left the clinic so I will get his information and contact him to see why I am being lied to!

Enough is enough! When your clinic tells someone something and then goes back on it, it's completely inexcusable! Especially in any medical profession which relies on honesty and accountability!

I will get what I was promised! I will not stop until I get what I was promised! I don't care if the new doctor cannot give me a new prescription! I was promised a year and I will get that year prescription! So I will contact that doctor and hold him to his word!

We need to fight back folks! We can't let this dishonesty go on! It's destroying the fabric of our society to the point that doctors are lying to us! Medical Professionals that are supposed to have good ethics and are there to help us citizens, not deceive us!

Shameful! Completely shameful!
